Originally I hadn't expected this either... figured there would be some issues of serious need. In the end, that didn't happen. I do regret not getting the OFer as he'd be a nice complement to my forces but such is life.Also thought I might go PH, but the versatility of Shum was too much to pass, and he has been a pest (for and against me) in sims past.

You could have had him instead of some POS backup infielder/PH.

This POS is a doubles and base stealing machine who can also play 3B in case Ensberg just sucks (which is very possible, although he's been solid in LIVE). Shumpert has a PROVEN TRACK RECORD here buddy.Plus, McCovey would have been a great bat mostly wasting away on the bench, couldnt have utilized him enough. I'd have gone with a RH outfielder instead.

Came through for me a couple times. I think he was pivotal in winning a couple WS games for me back in the early sim years. The PAs are very productive, just a question of if you will get enough use and if (well, how often) he will be walked.
