This seems like fake news. I haven’t won a gosh darn thing in any format.Going completely from memory ... I don't recall ever making it to a WIS Tournament of Champions final, but I believe @FishTacoTuesday and @Greco paired up for a ToC-winning team. One of the early Back-to-the-Future teams, IIRC. Gotta look it up.
In WIS XIV, I did have the distinction of owning/managing both the AL and the NL teams in the same FBG WIS World Series![]()
Sure1.1 Mike Schmidt
Who wants to take my number so they can text me when up?
I can take your number1.1 Mike Schmidt

Can't argue with your pick. Schmidt is solid.I had no clue who to take. This 3 seaon dice roll will be difficult.
Could I interest you in a trade that allows you to take advantage of the clear plateaus of this format?#### it, I quit.
LARRY RULE!Could I interest you in a trade that allows you to take advantage of the clear plateaus of this format?
How does your 1st and 25th rounder for my 11th and 12th sound?
Dwight Gooden's life story is pretty much one safe pick after another.1.2 Dwight Gooden, SP 85/84/86
Seems like the safe pick but not sure how the dice rolls will play out.
Trades allowed after round 4Could I interest you in a trade that allows you to take advantage of the clear plateaus of this format?

Shove it, nerd. I know how to win championships here.Trades allowed after round 4
My original reasoning for requiring three eligible seasons was that it mitigated downside risk for players with only one or two eligible seasons, giving them an advantage over players with more than three eligible but less than three usable seasons.Iron fist
Oh, great, now I get to doubt myself even harder...So, can I Still draft George Brett 77/82/88![]()

Freakin’ Schmeltz.
You should specify, just need to order them 1-2-3 for rolling purposesDo we need to specify years if just using top 3 seasons on WIS?
Yeah, at first I listed in historical order and then I switched to order of what I want...not sure what the best move isYou should specify, just need to order them 1-2-3 for rolling purposes
Correct. Only seasons between 1977-1992 may be used, and only those may count toward the three years of eligibilityI guess I've misunderstood. 1993 seasons are not included?
6 or half dozen. Only strategy there is if you want your top season to match or not match other top sessions, and even that assumes that most teams but the “best” option as 1 and/or default to three highest salary years.Yeah, at first I listed in historical order and then I switched to order of what I want...not sure what the best move is
Initial intent was not to I think but 93 was a very good year for baseball, put it in IMO.@Eephus your post about rules says 77-93, the title of the google doc says 93, but 93 seasons aren't listed. I, per usual, don't understand.
It's always been 77-92 (Carter/Reagan/Bush). It's the period between the Toronto/Seattle and Colorado/Florida expansions.@Eephus your post about rules says 77-93, the title of the google doc says 93, but 93 seasons aren't listed. I, per usual, don't understand.
Pat Hentgen would still be ineligibleInitial intent was not to I think but 93 was a very good year for baseball, put it in IMO.
Better known for his work on the 2000 NL Central champion St. Louis Cardinals, anyway. Amirite @Fat Drunk and Stupid?Pat Hentgen would still be ineligible
