WIS XVII - The Cartereaganbush League: Scoobus beats Sammy in the Wis Series (3 Viewers)

FUH.... wanted this for sentimental reasons. Saw two games there. One a few years prior to them moving, the other was in their final year there.  Got to see Vlad, trying to remember if I saw Raines the first time I went to a game there (when he had his brief return).
Mrs. Eephus and I had tickets for a game in September 1991 but it was cancelled when a section of the stadium collapsed and the Expos went on a long road trip to end their season.

how does 81 work?  does it normalize or will guys be exhausted?  i looked at seaver, but couldn’t figure out 81.
PA and IP are prorated to 162 games, so you're fine drafting guys from that year. The actual totals aren't adjusted in the draft center though, which can be confusing.

Two guys I had at easy first round value... going with the more conservative approach (and more flexibility later, I think?):

Don Sutton, 81, 82, 80 (think that's the salary progression)

Stadium: To hell with your mountains, just show me your BUSCH

With Nolan Ryan as my ace, teams will get to start a series facing down 100 MPH heat. And once they think they have it figured out, the next night they get to face

And we will take that beloved s##thole of a stadium, the minor league field of 10,000 that they shoved another 33,000 seats around it, but made sure and kept the horse through urinals and stale chips with fake cheese nachos (extra peppers)

Arlington Stadium

They've had like six new stadiums built in the meantime though, right?

I remember sitting in the RF bleachers at June/July day games with my little league teams.  ####### MISERABLE.
1990, I've started my first job with a warehouse and my boss also sold game programs at Arlington. During the week, he would sneak me into the stadium and I had run of the entire place from foul pole to foul pole, behind home plate. Never had a ticket but saw a ton of 0.500 baseball.

Your catchers will earn their salaries especially during home day games.

I'm verifying order for the hitters.  If someone can do the same for pitchers, the roll will come that much sooner.

Loving the dice so far. 2 gives me Reuss' best year and keeps out another set of monster seasons (although less scary than the 1st round).
