WIS XVII - The Cartereaganbush League: Scoobus beats Sammy in the Wis Series (4 Viewers)

4.21 Eddie Murray  84-83-90

@Greco
Really wanted him let go around - was one of my all time fav players, and the reason I wore 33 in football (wore a different number in early little league but won’t spotlight - good value pick here though!).

But there weren’t many CF with decent offense left and was worried I’d be out by the time it got back, and 1B can usually be found somewhere.

Steady Eddie is an accurate statement. Think he had like five years in around within a few pints of 155OPS+

I hate to ask (only sort of) but who can hook a brother up with some eatable pot? Struggled with how to word that without triggering some footballguy censor or DEA forum algorithm. Think I nailed it though. I am also very high

Been at the top of my list for 2-3 round now.  Seems like one of the best overall picks with upside and not a terrible 3rd season.

@FishTacoTuesday texted.

I'll take Lance Parrish, C but I'm on my phone and will look at the years again in a bit.

Can someone @/text next up.
I wanted a good catcher and looked at Parrish, but ultimately figured I could justify a homer pick.

Ok, go with DocFeeesh’s suggestion and top three salary years for Sax (somewhat better offense fourth season but notably better defense third).

Steve sax years: 86, 89, 82

I'll take 83, 82, 90 for Parrish unless someone wants to tell me I'm an idiot for subbing in 1990's catcher defense at the expense of 1980's offense.
