I think we need all the details before we can make an informed decision. Your roster, your draft picks, the rosters of your opponents, your league rules and lineup, and a link to your league page. How much are your league dues? How long has your league existed? What other trades have gone down lately in your league? How many of your league's owners are married? Are their wives hot? Any kids? Where does everybody work? What teams do they root for? Where do you guys live? Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians? Star Wars or Star Trek? Gas or Charcoal? I mean, I'm just trying to be thorough. We need to know everything about YOUR fantasy team before we can give you team advice on YOUR fantasy team. http://forums.footballguys.com/forum/index.php?showforum=12
Yes, even though foster is recovering from a hammy injury he still plays for the Texans in the AFC south. Jamaal Charles on the other hand plays for the Chiefs and has the toughest schedule in the NFL.
Both their situations have significant questions (good young RB behind Foster, coach in KC who won't feed Charles the rock consistently and a putrid offense) but Foster will have more carries and chances at TD's assuming the hammy heals up.
Having said that, you may be able to get a throw-in with Foster right now because of the injury.
