If Amon Ra is a bust than so is Justin Jefferson. Their scoring is pretty much identical in PPR and standard.
The other angle is that the passing game is down league wide so perhaps being held to previous gaudy numbers isn’t fair.
Still, Lamb, Wilson, St. Brown, Jefferson and Hill owners aren’t pleased with their ROI when they could’ve had Barkley, Henry, etc. Of course, those regrets happen every yea
Its always possible plus I am considering the many injuries that they have. A win vs the Bills will put them on the cusp. Why would he be shut down? They have a 1 game lead over 2 different teams for the #1 seed. Extremely small chance the Lions clinch homefield before the final week of the season. Also entirely possible Detroit loses that game to Buffalo, and I'm not sure Campbell is really the type to rest guys anyway. He could be considered a bust by some FF players ADP non ppr. Maybe bust is too strong of a description. I am in the disappointed camp. I think across 13 he has averaged 11 points per game. Take away the only uber game vs Jax and he is averaging 9.79 ppg. The yards are down and got a lift from the TDs otherwise it could have been more frustrating but the numbers count. My fault taking him at his ADP non ppr. I speculated heavy run game but I bet top 3 offense and that Goff was going to put up bigger numbers and did not see anyone outside Williams as a threat. Alas, the FF playoff run is the downer. Is what it is. Probably have one last week to get a bigger number vs Bills which will be a challenge. After that its probably a shut down9 TDs is 2nd amongst all WRs. 863 yards is 7th. I mean he’s not a league winner but he’s far from a bust. Not everyone plays in a ppr leagueMaybe I’m wrong but I swore I looked at ppr scoring last weekend and Amon Ra was top 5. I am struggling to see how that’s disappointing. Sure we all want 1700/12 from our 1st round picks but that’s not happening for every player. Sure we wish we had Saquon or Henry but the fact is Amon Ra has been a steady producer, not a bust.Completely agree and feel the same way ... dynasty I really don't want to move on from him, but this year has been frustrating from him due to supposedly being a fantasy stud.Agree for FF perspective. I accumulated many many invested hours expecting big games only to be disappointed. I get that non FF player is part of the cog driving for a SB championship. Additionally, I was speculating last night that uber wide receiver numbers are down or better yet very inconsistent- blow up game than ~ 3 duds. I guess I just ride him out and hope for the best but that engine has too many parts for FF dominance. Monty and Gibbs are the best plays and they can go dormant if Lions hit home field wrap upHes been extremely disappointing this year. I'd call him a first round bust also. Yeah he's top 5 WR but the WR position in general is having a down year across the board. 3 single digit games in a row, 5 total on the season. Targets WAY down from last year. 2 blowup games all season.
