so he should just go on 60 minutes you're saying?AB's 30 for 30 is going to need it's own 30 for 30 at this rate.

Makes sense. Bob Kraft is also still the Pats owner. So there’s that too.According to Mike Tannenbaum of ESPN, since this is only a civil lawsuit, Brown remains eligible to play.
#bannedThe entire thing boils down to one question.
What’s a “come up?”
His statement that he and another guy will laugh about how he ejaculated on her back, for one. Frankly, the first sentence of the first one I saw was the sort of thing that I think a man probably shouldn’t be sending to a woman he’s been physically intimate with, consensual or not. Nor should one repeatedly call a woman the names he called her.Which part do you find disgusting?
Phrasing.i can't imagine that he isn't going to be suspended here based on the back story and texting alone.
It's from @SexyTroopLover which is Barry McCockiner, a troll account that poses as Ian Rapoport or Woj to break fake NFL and NBA news. Gets suspended and rotates to a new burner constantly, just toLink? Not on his Twitter twitter feed

court case will be a year minimum...that's a horrible precedent....ban a player if he gets suedShef was just on sportscenter and said rumblings of “commish exempt list” until it gets sorted out.
Pretty rich from the guy who defends Roman Statutory Rapin Polanski.I don’t understand this. It seems that some of you have learned absolutely nothing about the Me Too movement, about men in power and how sexual assault happens.
Sorry. He made it sound like it would be until the nfl can get the info they want. Then make a final decision.court case will be a year minimum...that's a horrible precedent....ban a player if he gets sued
"You should be afraid of me too #####."i can't imagine that he isn't going to be suspended here based on the back story and texting alone.
tyreek was talking about his kick ### Halloween costume right?"You should be afraid of me too #####."
How did that turn out?
Of course, Roger the ########'s court trumps an actual court of lawSorry. He made it sound like it would be until the nfl can get the info they want. Then make a final decision.
Their other NFL Insider who I cited above who actually was a GM and VP of Operations I the NFL with two franchises said the opposite, essentially that players remain eligible during civil suits.Shef was just on sportscenter and said rumblings of “commish exempt list” until it gets sorted out.
you mad broOf course, Roger the ########'s court trumps an actual court of law
everyone should be mad at Goodell if they follow the NFL at all..you mad bro
Truth is probably in the middle somewhereIf he did It I hope he is found guilty, loses every dime of his contract, goes to prison, and never plays another down.
If she fabricated it, I hope she is sent to prison for a similar amount of time, and is ordered to pay Brown damages.
yeah. no evidence. she has texts that look pretty bad. and his lawyer kind of shot him in the foot with that statementremember Kavanaugh was guilty in many people's eyes - with no evidence at all
He’s in my DNTF (do not trade for) list.Did I mention he was on my DND list?![]()
Right. And 'being eligible' doesn't mean NE will want to pay and play him. Wish I knew more details about his contract with them; what if they simply cut him now? How much coin is guaranteed?yes, you've posted this on each of the last 3 pages
At a bare minimum they are entitled to the conduct detrimental clause included in all contracts and in the CBA. Just like the Raiders could have, they could move to void the contract (and would have a much stronger case than OAK).Right. And 'being eligible' doesn't mean NE will want to pay and play him. Goodell probably loves the clicks and air time this AB drama generates.I do wonder if Goodell might have it in for AB for his shenanigans in other venues (of the past 6 months or so), and exempt him. It's not like the NFL really has any hard-and-fast rules for this stuff. They seem to make it up as they go along.
Brady made the offer. I haven’t seen anything that he accepted. Is he still living at Brady's house. ??
"Daddy, why is the man who is accused of sexual assault living in our house?"Is he still living at Brady's house. ??
I thought he was in a different state when she was robbed/beaten. They just thought he might have sent someone. This case appears that Brown owns up to what was accused, so I see differences. Who knows if that means anything.Remember last year when Shady McCoy was accused of beating up his on again off again GF. There were pictures posted on line. Everyone was sure he would go on the exempt list and get suspended. The police investigated, no charges were filed, and McCoy was accused of multiple crimes in a civil suit. The league took no action against McCoy and it’s over a year later.
I'm guessing they will have access to more info than we do, and will make a call. The next day or two will be telling. Also wondering if they agreed to trade Demarius before or after this news was known? I wouldn't think you would make that deal if you thought there was a chance you would be cutting AB.At a bare minimum they are entitled to the conduct detrimental clause included in all contracts and in the CBA.
