This is my 2nd year in this SF dynasty league and it is my 1st SF league. I have been playing in dynasty leagues for many years. So, I feel I am still getting my bearings and learning player and positional values in this format.
Sorry for hijacking this thread. I didn't want to put a long winded post in here, but couldn't see another way to address MoP's responses.

I'd like to hear your insight MoP because I think it's a real risk to Parker's prospects when Tua takes over.

This is my POV after 3 games this year plus let's not overlook the back half of last season, Miami is actually a .500 ball club at 6-6 over their last 12 games vs an 0-7 start if you all remember last season.
The OL is the main crux of my insight as I think it is going to dictate when Tua is able to take the field. Miami has 2 starting OL who are rookies and even the RT is pretty mild in rankings so they don't have a lot of time to drop back for 3 seconds and allow WRs like Preston Williams to work down the field so Parker is an insta-treat for Fitz in that 10-15 yard area he needs to move the offense down the field, Fitz many times releases the ball without Parker really having much separation but he knows which way the route is going to be run and throws it into the box where Parker ends up moving thru and using his body to shield from the DB and allow him to catch the ball rather easily.
Eventually Tua is going to play, I have my doubts about him being on the field any time real soon though. When he does he will be able to buy more time is my assumption and that will put more receivers into action other than just parker all the time or Gesicki at TE who btw is going to help because he is quickly elevating to one of the better TEs in the NFL right now, entering into Year 3.
At the same time I believe Tua is watching and learning and he would be blind to not see Parker as a natural safe set of hands for him to zip it into, I think he will transition nicely for parker owners, and I see things in Parker's game I have not seen. I think he looks even better this year than last year, and the offense overall and lack of playmakers around him is really the only thing holding him back. There's no reason he cannot be a yearly 1,000 yard WR if he can stay on the field which was a major problem leading into 2019. TDs will be unpredictable however Miami will likely be in some shootouts as they round into a potential playoff team over the next couple years, that has to be the arc or they will be going back into the Draft again...so I think Parker is going to be the lead WR for the now and the future, Miami paid him up for the next 3-4 years and I believe not just Miami but Parker himself is excited about the direction we are going now and wants to be a part of it. I like his enthusiasm to want to play thru an injury when he can.
I think he can easily rack up good PPR numbers and is an ideal WR3 that can have some big weeks. I think he does well behind some of the more steady WR1 and 2 types, Parker has a chance to elevate into Mid WR2 level. He will never be mistaken for a Julio or a Hopkins but he can put up steady numbers the way say Donald Driver used to in Green Bay, never flashy but usually was projected as a 1,000/6-8TD guy and I see no reason to not expect that with Parker at this point except if the transition from Fitz to Tua doesn't go so well.
One thing we don't hear is that Tua is blowing Fitz away at daily practice and we really don't know if Tua is working with Parker all that much thru reps, etc...
