dude this is no contest, put Damien in right now. Sure volume and no risk of zero against a soft run d with high ceiling….For me it's between Toney and Damien Harris

yeah I think it really comes down to acceptable floors. His ceiling is as high as any. If you need a 6 point floor to win because it’s tight and a zero will cause you to loose then don’t blame anyone for passing. If people can afford to risk the zero because they are either desperate or are safe enough at other positions to take the gamble and are aiming for weekly high point scorer then toneys your guy.Yeah, I'm still grappling with maybe playing it safe and put in Henry (TE) as my flex vs Toney; have Pitts in as TE.
I'm projected to lose this week, but its close. But man I'd rather play Toney and see him go off!
ESPN's Jordan Raanan reports Kadarius Toney (ankle) has "one last checkpoint to clear" but is expected to play Monday night against the Chiefs.
Assuming Toney clears that final checkpoint before kickoff against Kansas City, he remains a risky fantasy option two weeks after he suffered an in-game aggravation of his long-standing ankle issue. Toney's upside against KC's nonexistent pass coverage is tremendous -- enough to make him worth the risk of starting on Monday night. He had become the Giants' No. 1 receiver before the ankle injury, commanding a total of 22 targets in Weeks 4 and 5.

Kadarius Toney (ankle) is active for Week 8 against the Chiefs.

Down Pettis and ShepherdThat's what i was thinking (and easing him back in) --then they thru him out to return a puntand he about got crushed
This guy is done and garbage. Im cutting him at the end of the quarterI mean everyone thought he was going to go off tonight. Which probably means we should have sat him. How bout this… let’s all say he’s done and garbage so he goes off second half?
evans engram scored… you guys aren’t hating on him enough. No place for hope in this thread! He’s about to score
Welp. He's on my bench, so I don't care about his FP this week, just DON'T GET HURT AGAIN PLEASE?
Kadarius Toney caught 4-of-5 targets for 26 yards in the Giants' Week 8 loss to the Chiefs.
After essentially missing the last two games with an ankle injury, Toney was active for this one. The Giants appeared to have him on a bit of a snap count in the first half, but Sterling Shepard's (quad) injury forced Toney to play more after the break. He ended up hurting his left thumb early in the fourth quarter and had to go to the locker room but quickly returned to finish the game. If Shepard is forced to miss time, Toney will have to play heavy snaps alongside Kenny Golladay when he returns. The Giants get the Raiders in Week 9.

I don’t think it’s a vibe. I think it’s realityAnyone else get a bad punk vibe from this kid? Talent and toughness he has, but......
I think he’s a badass. It seems he is more than willing to play through stuff, be a decoy if needed and try to what it takes.Anyone else get a bad punk vibe from this kid? Talent and toughness he has, but......
That may be but my league gives very few points for decoy routes run. I have to decide if he is even worth keeping on my bench.I think he’s a badass. It seems he is more than willing to play through stuff, be a decoy if needed and try to what it takes.
My league doesn't give points for decoy routes either. Fortunately I don't think that is goingto last more than this one game. He looked fine as far as the ankle goes and he will get healthier. That may be but my league gives very few points for decoy routes run. I have to decide if he is even worth keeping on my bench.
Seriously, it was odd. The kid is electric and could help stretch the field..........so...........you and Shepherd run 2 yard routes when we need 3 for a first down.Last night's plan for Toney was the ultimate brainchild of a team like the New York Giants. Let's "protect" Toney by having him run only short routes to the sideline...where he inevitably gets gang tackled repeatedly due to the concentration of defenders near the line of scrimmage.
On the other hand, the ankle was healthy enough to return punts...
My thoughts exactly. And the punt return tackle with penalty could have been worse for him. Houston turmOiler said:For me, the Shepherd injury is key. It looked like Toney was lost in a rotation playing outside before that. When Shepherd exited, it looked like he played inside much more and had more opportunity. I think he fits best in the slot, so if Shepherd is active I don't think I'd start Toney as of now. With the slot to himself, Toney is a viable play IMO...
You have to get on the field firstDanny Dimes seemed to be frazzled and jittery as the game went on. They got pressure on him and he didn't have the time to get downfield. Ergo, Toney didn't get downfield.
Not if he gets to play the Dallas D twice a year.Something tells me the ol “nfl stands for not for long” might be fir this kid

Yes, there was a much better way he could have made his point without looking like a fool.It does feel like he is gonna have something "going on" quite often...what scares me about something like this is it means his inner-circle is either inept or a bunch of yes men because there is no way they should be letting him on social media if he has the potential to post nonsense like this...talent-wise this kid looks like he could be something very special...it is always impressive when someone looks more athletic then other pro athletes and this kid stands out...I own him on both my Dynasty teams and feel like he has Tyreek Hill potential but like Hill it could be a very bumpy ride...owning Toney is gonna be like having kids, you're always going to be worried about him.
