WR Marquise Brown, KC (2 Viewers)

Marquise Brown (ankle) is questionable to return for Week 5 against the Steelers.

Brown was spotted running behind the benches for Baltimore's trainers but was promptly assisted to the locker room after. He held on for an 11-yard score in the first quarter despite getting crushed from behind before exiting. We'll have an update shortly.

Marquise Brown (ankle) returned for Week 5 against the Steelers.

Brown returned to the sideline in the second half but was only spotted bouncing around and jogging until midway through the third quarter. He lined up in the slot the next time the Ravens reached the red zone and caught a short pass underneath. It appears he'll be available for the rest of the game.

Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Marquise Brown's ankle injury is "nothing serious."

Harbaugh added that the Ravens don't believe Hollywood is dealing with a long-term issue. Brown caught 3-of-5 targets for 22 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against the Steelers, but was limited with the ankle injury and played just 46% of the offense's snaps. We should know more about Brown's potential availability for Week 6 based on his practice participation throughout the week.

Marquise Brown (ankle) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh noted that Brown's ankle injury is "nothing serious." The explosive rookie will likely be limited throughout the week, but should suit up against a Bengals defense allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing slot wideouts. Willie Snead would be a tremendous replacement option if Brown's surprisingly scratched.

Coach John Harbaugh confirmed Ravens WR Marquise Brown (ankle) is a game-time decision for the team's Week 6 matchup against the Bengals.

Harbaugh added that Brown missing his third straight practice on Friday was something of a surprise as the team was expecting him to get on the field. The Ravens would likely utilize Willie Snead, Seth Roberts and Miles Boykin in 3-WR sets if Hollywood is ultimately sidelined. Brown is tied with Mark Andrews for the team lead in targets with 39; nobody else has more than 16. Andrews is plenty capable of picking up some of Brown's slot usage, as the Ravens' stud TE has already lined up in the slot or out wide on 64.5% of his snaps this season.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Marquise Brown (ankle) is still uncertain to play for Week 6 against the Bengals.

The team is still reportedly "uncertain" Brown will play after he exited in the first quarter against the Steelers in Week 5 and failed to get in any work mid-week. Willie Snead was the only wideout to get any amount of slot reps sans Brown and would arguably slide in as a WR2 if gifted full-time slot duties. Snead should be snatched in all season-long leagues upon reading this to ensure yourself a starting wideout (pending Brown's availability) in a dream spot against Cincinnati's secondary in Week 6.

Marquise Brown (ankle) remained sidelined at Wednesday's practice.

Coach John Harbaugh has downplayed Brown's injury, but he didn't practice at all last week before missing the game against the Bengals, and remains sidelined to start this practice week. Brown needs to get back on the field before he can obviously be counted on for fantasy purposes.

Marquise Brown (ankle) remained sidelined on Thursday.

Brown is appearing highly unlikely to return for Sunday's probable shootout in Seattle. It's a shame but also necessary after Brown's production tailed off as he tried to play through injury. Getting Hollywood healthy is in both the Ravens' short- and long-term interests. With Brown sidelined, no Ravens receiver is startable in fantasy.

Marquise Brown (ankle) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

Brown hasn't played or practiced since his Week 5 ankle sprain and appears headed for his second straight absence. Miles Boykin and Chris Moore will continue to operate as Baltimore's primary outside threats with Willie Snead working the slot. Mark Andrews, who drew a team-high eight targets in last week's victory over the Bengals, should also benefit from increased usage.

Really unfortunate that Hollywood will miss out on what is likely going to be a track meet with the Seahawks.

Hopeful he's going to be 100% after the Week 8 bye.

Harbaugh is certainly not trustworthy with injuries at this point. What was described as a minor ankle tweak sure seems to be something significantly more serious considering he hasn’t practiced in two weeks.

it’s a little strange since he returned to action the day he sprained it and caught another pass or two.

they may just be cautious with their speedster… But Harbaugh saying he tweaked it a little bit was dramatically understanding the injury.

Marquise Brown (ankle) is questionable for Week 7 against the Seahawks.

Brown is closer to doubtful after missing practice all week. He'll likely miss his second straight game with an ankle sprain that's been more serious than initially thought. It's a missed opportunity against Seattle's burnable secondary. Willie Snead and Miles Boykin are in line for increased targets.

I hope they let it heal completely. Players who are speed dependent shouldn’t be rushed back from ankle injuries.

he was trending so positively too...sucks he got hurt.

Coach John Harbaugh said he's "very optimistic" Marquise Brown (ankle) will return for the Ravens' Week 9 matchup against the Patriots.

The Ravens have a Week 8 bye. Hollywood hasn't played since Week 5. He posted 4-147-2 and 8-86-0 lines to start the season before failing to surpass 50 receiving yards in three consecutive games in Weeks 3-5. Brown's field-stretching ability would be a major boost to the entire Ravens' offense, although the matchup against Stephon Gilmore and company is obviously far from ideal.

Coach John Harbaugh said WR Marquise Brown (ankle) is on track to suit up Sunday against the Patriots.

Hollywood hasn't played since Week 5. The Ravens could certainly use the elite field-stretching ability that their first-round rookie offers, although this week's matchup against the Patriots' league-best defense is far from ideal. Brown's return would likely fellow rookie Miles Boykin back to the bench.

Marquise Brown (ankle) returned to practice Wednesday.

He's fully expected to return this week against the Patriots after missing the previous two games before last week's bye. Brown hasn't done a whole lot since a fast start to the season and won't be someone to use in season-long leagues against New England's NFL-best defense.

Really looking forward to this game.

Want to see how the Prince of Darkness will scheme up the defense to stop Lamar Jackson, if that's possible.

Having a hard time not dropping him.
With byes and all tough decisions have to be made, but curious why now after waiting through the injury and bye.

Before he got hurt he flashed tremendous talent - and remember his 10 or so pt last game was cut short.

If he is healthy I see some nice, if inconsistent, production ROS.

Marquise Brown (ankle) remained "limited" on Thursday.

Brown is expected to return following his two-game absence, but it is disappointing he's still not getting in full practices following the Ravens' bye week. Brown will be stepping into a hornet's nest Sunday evening, facing a Patriots defense, and specifically secondary, that has been historically good so far this season. He's a high-risk WR3.

Oct 31, 2019, 3:50 PM ET

Marquise Brown caught 3-of-4 passes for 48 yards in Week 9 against the Patriots.

Brown played 58 percent of snaps after missing the last two weeks. He was involved early but faded with the Ravens milking the clock in the second half. Brown has been incredibly injury prone and hasn’t done anything since Week 2, getting held under 50 yards in four straight games. He'll be a boom-or-bust FLEX for Week 10 against the Bengals.

Byes (Chark and Sutton) are forcing me to go with Brown this week.  Everyone seems to have Lamar as their top ranked QB this week against the Bengals, I'm hoping Brown gets in on the action.

Marquise Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable for the Ravens' Week 10 matchup against the Bengals.

Brown is tentatively expected to play through his questionable tag. Lamar Jackson has fed Brown (43 targets) and Mark Andrews (42) way more than the likes of Nick Boyle (19), Willie Snead (18) and Hayden Hurst (17) in six games with the Ravens' first-round rookie, who is the only fantasy-viable WR in this offense. Hollywood caught 3-of-4 targets for 48 scoreless yards against the Patriots, but looked plenty healthy while showing off his truly elite burners. Only the Raiders (43 completions allowed of at least 20 yards), Cardinals (39), Lions (38) and Giants (38) have allowed more big plays through the air than the Bengals (36) through nine weeks.

Marquise Brown (questionable, ankle/thigh) is expected to play Week 10 against the Bengals.

Brown was a late-week injury add, showing up on the practice report as a limited participant at Friday's practice. Still, there was never much concern over Brown's Week 10 status. He'll have a golden matchup against a Bengals squad that hasn't tasted victory in a whopping 329 calendar days. Hollywood hasn't topped 50 yards in a game since Week 2, though this should be the get-right spot he's been waiting for. Start the rookie with confidence.

Marquise Brown caught all four of his targets for 80 yards and one touchdown in the Ravens' Week 10 win over the Bengals.

On the first play of the game, Lamar Jackson found Brown over the top for a 49-yard chunk gain. It was a play reminiscent of what we saw from Brown earlier in the season. Later in the game, Brown broke free for a 20-yard touchdown. If the Bengals would have had a functioning offense, Brown would've had an even bigger game. With Houston coming to town next week, Brown will be a high-upside WR3 in a must-watch game.

Marquise Brown (ankle) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.

Brown was only in on 19 snaps (40%) against the Bengals but it's not a stretch to chalk that mark up to Cincinnati's incompetent offense. With competitive game script projected for Sunday's showdown against the Texans, Brown should be on the field (and targeted) often. He's a WR3 if cleared by Friday.

Marquise Brown (ankle) was downgraded to DNP for Thursday's practice.

The Ravens have been creative with Brown's practice reps all season, but it is definitely notable after Brown was a late add to the injury report last week then played just 19 snaps against the Bengals. His Week 11 status cannot be taken for granted. Hollywood could end up a game-time decision, but we will likely learn his availability Friday afternoon.

ESPN's Adam Schefter confirms Marquise Brown (questionable, ankle) will play Week 11 against the Texans.

Brown has been a near-weekly fixture on the Ravens' injury report, though even at less than full strength, he remains one of the league's top separators. Third among rookie receivers with 454 yards, Hollywood should have no trouble filling the stat sheet Sunday against a weak Houston secondary. He's in the WR3 arena.

ESPN's Dianna Russini noticed Marquise Brown (ankle) "didn't look as comfortable as [she] expected" in pre-game warmups ahead of Sunday's Week 11 matchup with the Texans.

Brown is still slated to play but Russini wonders if he'll be at 100 percent. It's a situation to monitor, particularly given Brown's lack of practice reps and the scarce usage he saw in last week's win over Cincinnati (played just 18-of-46 offensive snaps). Houston presents an appealing matchup for the rookie, though fantasy owners need to temper their expectations with Hollywood clearly at less than full strength.

Marquise Brown caught 2-of-4 targets for 23 yards in the Ravens' Week 11 win over the Texans.

Lamar Jackson finished with four passing scores but compiled them on only 24 attempts. Brown's four targets were bitterly disappointing, though they tied for the team lead. ESPN's Dianna Russini reported in pre-game warmups that Brown, who is battling an ankle issue and played only 19 snaps last week, did not look comfortable, and his quiet performance certainly fit the narrative. Brown has not been practicing in full for some time now. He should see a heavy dose of Jalen Ramsey against the Rams next Monday evening.

Marquise Brown caught 5-of-7 targets for 42 yards and two touchdowns in the Ravens' Week 12 win over the Rams Monday night.

Brown was wide open on both of his touchdown passes in the first quarter, as the Ravens jumped the Rams and never quit throwing punches. Brown is bound to have these massive games in this high-octane offense, but they're so hard to predict. He's a tremendous best-ball league and DFS tournament player but wholly unreliable in season-long leagues due to a low floor in a run-dominated attack. Brown gets a date with the Niners in Week 13.

This past week never saw him on injury report. Got 3 endzone targets.

Is he in play against San Fran? While 49ers are great against the pass he is a different kind of receiver and Sherman doesn't have the wheels to cover him. Safeties will be playing up to cover the potent run game and Andrews.....

When healthy and seems he is , in that offense , dude could be a must start in the playoffs. I would definitely think of starting him against 49ers depending on who else i have.

Marquise Brown (ankle) is officially questionable for Week 14 against the Bills.

Brown has been listed as questionable for most of the season, but he's expected to play. The rookie hasn't been peppered with targets in recent weeks and gets a touch shadow matchup against CB Tre'Davious White this week. It's an uphill battle for Brown, but he's always one play away from a long touchdown. Treat Brown as a boom-or-bust flex play.

Marquise Brown (questionable, ankle) is expected to play Week 14 against the Bills.

This was widely expected after Hollywood finished the week with full participation at Friday's practice. Brown faces a daunting road matchup versus Buffalo's shutdown secondary, though as we've seen on multiple occasions, the downfield specialist only needs one big play to break the slate. The former Oklahoma Sooner leads all rookies in touchdown receptions with six.

Marquise Brown (ankle) is active for Week 14 against the Bills.

Seemingly nowhere near full health, Brown has been struggling to produce of late. He comes with a zero-point floor as a WR4. Inactive for the Ravens are QB Trace McSorley, WR Jaleel Scott, C Hroniss Grasu, OG Ben Powers, DT Justin Ellis, CB Iman Marshall and CB Anthony Averett.

Seems like a good matchup tonight but ranked low. Anyone heard anything new about his ankle injury?

In starting him at flex with low confidence over and options like Gesicki and Mattison.

I figure that the Ravens will implement a pass happy offense against the Jets to spare injured Lamar hits.
