WR Tetairoa McMillan, CAR (1 Viewer)

Also, I--as a card carrying member of the worst of the worst element in the ff universe--don't just expect, I DEMAND Julio Jones + Calvin Johnson + Bruce Lee numbers YESTERDAY from any rookie that isn't an UDFA. Even and especially if a literal stack of dog $hit is throwing him the ball.
This is fair.

Gurus say it’s Tet breakout this week. Any concerns with the rain slippery conditions Sunday?
Tends to favor the receiver IIRC. Receivers know their routes. DBs don’t. Chasing in the rain is harder. Forget where I read that, but it’s one of the “things people say” that I’ve noticed seems to be true.

Of course talent level of the secondary is also relevant, along with a bunch of other factors, but the rain is probably a net positive for receivers.

I just traded for him. What's up with the no TDs? Does he not play on red zone packages?
In fairness to Tet, they stink and don't get to the red zone much
Shareholders just have to hope they move off of Hervé Villechaize at QB to someone who doesn’t need a booster seat to see over the OL.

At least be 1.3 Kina Kimes tall on the locker room entrance “you must be this tall to play QB for the Panthers” sign.

Tet seems due for a TD. He’s been a solid floor guy as my WR3 in a redraft league. A spike game would be nice.
I had the same thought watching them, you see guys open and its clear he can't

This seems like a copout. Yea, he's a couple inches shorter than the average QB which affects some visibility, but it is for sure not the driving factor in his inability to find open guys

I dont know if thats the case or not, but if you're 5'8 trying to see over 6'3 guys that are wide, against other wide guys, its the only thing I can muster.

If you were gonna project and develop him, it seems important to watch maybe Brees tape, I dont know what they did for him, would guess bigger line splits to open some lanes or he knew how to feel the pocket and float around but he was the only guy to really have success passing at that height profile.

You can see here Brees has a few inches on him

Having slept on this and considered it a bit further, it’s shocking to me that in today’s NFL a 5’4” QB could be drafted so highly, and with such lofty expectations.
It's the year 2025. We can put a man on the moon. But we can't invent elevator cleats. Technology has failed him.
It’s really a shame. You’d think they could develop some spring-loaded cleats for a 4’11” QB.

I will take the combine numbers as accurate for the 5'10. if you think short guys in sports don't add a few inches, you're crazy. I met Charles Barkley and I looked him straight in the eye at 6'2 tall, he's listed at 6'5

Maybe its just that he looks like a little action figure out there. Regardless he can't see over the line

Exactly, so they'd only need to add 1'6" to Bryce's 4'4". It all adds up.

I was feelin that Tet TD this week.
:pickle:

So what if Bryce is 3’9” - the man can throw a ball!
Tbh, I could throw a td to you against that defense
No you couldn’t.
How do you know?
… cause you’re a cowboys fan?

I think hot sauce could catch it, but I don’t think you could throw it. Sorry man.

I still think you’re cool though

LFG Lions
Lmao. Id probly stare him down and take the sack

I’m in on Gibbs…

Where do you guys believe his trade value went after this weekend? I was looking to sell him but waited, thinking this week would boost his value. The TDs helped, but the yardage hurt. Is his perceived value a net neutral? I had a basic agreement to get Mayfield/Swift before the weekend.
