I think Andy posted somewhere back in the thread that Best Buy is giving 120 for a PS3 or 360 trade in towards a PS4/X1 as well.
I looked for that and didn't see it. I'm sort of preferential to Gamestop because I want to trade in my Xbox 360 and games to get the PS4. I have the Xbox 360S with Kinect and 250GB and what I saw was $75 for that and $50 more for the E. The Gamestop trade ins I saw earlier in the year were $100 for any Xbox 360. My kids barely play the 360 (mainly Wii U now) due to the lack of new games. We haven't gotten any as the ones they wanted more were Xbox 1. It is more for one for Christmas, so I'd want to get it as cheap as possible. I also have a $25 Gamestop gift card sitting in my wallet that I want to use. I can always use it on a game, but trying to parlay it all into the cheapest PS4 I can find.

This is what I got this week. Honestly not sure how much lower you are going to find on BF, especially if you want Fallout. I have seen rumors of $299 just for the Uncharted console bundle, but this is still $10 cheaper if you are buying Fallout anyway (runs $60), and cheaper still if that charging dock is useful.

What is the purpose of the charging dock? I am just now looking at considering a PS4 and this looks to be a good bundle based on what I have been seeing. But as a PS3 person, I'm not sure what the dock is for. Is it in lieu of using a cable to charge? Is the cable not an option for charging? Does the dock just negate the need for "unsightly" wires? I just wonder if it is a necessity or a nice to have or what?

Okay, so it's like the PS3 now. I charge mine after I am done playing if I see it is low. I've never played long enough to drain it in a session. So I've never used it plugged to the cable. Perhaps these PS4 ones drain quicker? Of course, with FO4, I could see it happening way more often.

It was a throw in for me - I looked at the deal as basically getting Fallout for free. Honestly, the charging dock isn't a must, but so far I like it better for the 9 year old. The cord that comes with was giving him a little trouble, and I could see him pulling it too hard and damaging it. The dock is nice since he can just set the controller on it and go.DallasDMac said:

I guess that's how I am viewing it really, as a throw in. The Uncharted pack and especially FO4 are the big deals here. Hopefully, by the time Christmas rolls around and I have it in hand, the Demon Souls game that was on PS4 will be able to be had for cheap too.

traded in my 20gb 360 last night at target. They didn't even turn it on or check to see if it worked.
They were out of the Fallout 4 1TB bundle, so the manager made up his own little bundle and gave me the $100 trade in credit, the gears of war/rare replay/ori and the blind forest 1TB holiday bundle, fallout 4, and destiny the taken king for $400.

Seems to me you did well.Last week when Target had their B2G1 deal, the local Best Buy manager matched it AND gave me my Gamers Club Unlocked discount (20% off new games). I was buying FO4 and Tomb Raider anyway but walked out with Until Dawn for nothing. Plus pre-ordering the other two got me $20 in certificates.
Point is, there's a lot of competition and a little arm twisting can get you a good deal.
From my experience, if you mostly buy new games then Best Buys Gamers Club Unlocked is the way to go. Their used game selection usually sucks though.

We just got nhl16. If I add an account for my son, will we each be able to save different things to the nhl game. For example, would we each be able to play ultimate team with our own teams or will we have to share?
Or even using fallout 4. Would I be able to play my game on my account and would he be able to have his game on his account

Well, today was a first. I just played my first coop star wars battlefront game with my 8 year old daughter. She has fun and I was a proud dad.
Although, PSA. If you sign your kids up under their real birthdays, and they are under 13, they wont be able to get online. Since that is the point of SW, this kind of stinks. Wish I knew about that when I entered their birthdays

I'm just not seeing why I would want to play games from two generations ago on my current-gen console.
If they did yet another remaster of RE4, upgrading the textures, resolution, framerate, etc., I would probably be in. Otherwise, I'm done with that gen.

Was trying to get the Dell deal yesterday, and kind of pissed about it. Was online and refreshing at 6 PM. As soon as it popped up added to cart and immediately went to checkout. The deal had "expired" in the 20 seconds or so it took to do it all. Then they tried to offer a "similar" deal which was basically the same bundles everyone else has. (console and one game one controller for 290something)
Feel like blasting them with hate mail, but instead I'll simply never give them any business again. Hate that kind of BS advertising.

Eh, they are ok but you may like them more than I did. I used them for a bit, but I have surround speakers already that I'm used to and I think I needed to fiddle with something on the headphones to get the orientation similar. I kept finding I wasn't sure which way I was hearing noises from in Black Ops 3, while I don't have much issue with it through my speakers.
