Yahoo Fantasy Waivers for Playoffs (1 Viewer)

Normally our waivers reset each week and the 1 seed is 12th all year long.

the 1 seed didn’t make any claims last week in playoffs, however moved up to 9th this week among playoff teams.  Is this normal for playoffs?

I found this on yahoo website.  The commish and my opponent is mad I moved up. This is our first year on yahoo.

After each Game Week in the regular season, the waiver priority list is reset:

The new rank is determined by the reverse order of the current league standings (the manager with the lowest league standing gets 1st rank).

When playoffs begin, the waiver priority list stops resetting

Tried for years.  League won’t ever vote it in.

Took a long time to get our league to switch. Kept bringing it up, dropping articles on the league message board, etc. It’s like auction drafts, seems chaotic and hard to value to people who have never done it.

Little education never hurt anyone.

Commish and my opponent now contacting yahoo to figure it out.

minutes after he lost Dalvin Cook.

CLEARLY Says the rules

Managers are ranked from high to low to determine who wins a waiver claim.

The initial priority rank is determined by the league's draft:

Live and Autopick Drafts - The last draft position gets 1st rank.

Offline Drafts - The last to register gets 1st rank.

After each Game Week in the regular season, the waiver priority list is reset:

The new rank is determined by the reverse order of the current league standings (the manager with the lowest league standing gets 1st rank).

When playoffs begin, the waiver priority list stops resetting.

Ranks are not affected by:

Successful waiver claims.

Stat corrections that affect the league standings after the current week's rank has been determined.
