I'm going to get rip ####### roaring drunk tomorrow. Got the day off but wont be able to update the thread since I'll be out of town. So here's an idea of what my day will be like....9am - hopefully golfing...may get called into work but I think I'll say "Efff you, this my vacation day" :wall:2pm - Meet at the Park N Ride to join 3 other GBs to drive to Chicago>>Road sodas :wall:4pm - Arrive in downtown Chicago and check into the hotel4:30pm - Hit a drinking establishment...may or may not eat :wall:7:30pm - Take the "El" to teh United Center8:30pm - AC ####### DC takes the stage :thumbup: :wall:10:30pm - Cab it back to the hotel as I hear the "El" from the UC is not in a great neigborhood and at that time of night it gets a bit "ethnic"11:30 pm - After a quick change hit up Rush Street:wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :suds:5:00 am - Hopefully finding some ####ty breakfast and/or be back at the hotel in one piece :wall: :X :wall:
 
My itinerary for tomorrow got no love? The drunk thread is failing me. Thats at least worth one at least onde quote and a :thumbup: or something :goodposting:

 
My cousin came over about 2. We took a trip to the old hood meat market and picked up 4 nice Porterhouse steaks. Smoked a joint on the way and some whiskey. It's warm but not blazing and a nice breeze so we have been hanging on the porch. Seven beers later and another joint we ate. I made scallops for appetizer, we had scalloped potatoes, salad and corn on the cob. Just made another whiskey. Life is good.

:thumbdown: I'm sincerely honored.I may not live long but GD I know how to have fun.
 
So after a couple months of my back feeling really good, I completely destroyed it while setting up a keg at work this morning. And considering my experience in figuring out what works and what doesn't with regard to this situation, I'm happy to report that I will be completely drunk and high for the next 6 days or so. I should provide some solid entertainment during this time, I think.

Pot, Vicodin, and copious amounts of Miller Lite will pretty much be my diet from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep.

While I might sound somewhat flip about the situation, this really really sucks. Pretty much in pain 24/7...done with golf for the rest of the year...probably gonna miss out on a friggin' spectacular money-making week behind the bar, probably my best week of the year...no insurance or anything so I'll have to pay for a doc's appointment and the prescriptions...no sex for the next 10 days at least, which includes self-gratification for the next few days...and to top it all off, I just got bumped to the 2 spot on stryker's cornhole list.

Oh well, time to keep drinking. :sadbanana:

Been a rough few days since my trip to Chicago on Friday. I have about 5 paragraphs of material but dont have the enregy :moneybag:

I was surprised there wasnt a thread about that here, that ####### sucked...I thought it made national news.But no, I didnt hit the state fair at all this year. Went to Chicago for the ACDC concert on Friday and almost destroyed that town.For those that hadn't heard, the Milwaukee mayor got is ### kicked outside of the state fair this weekend...it was pretty bad

I'm on my second 24 oz glass of Skyy & water. I had a meeting at 7 this morning and didn't have time to do my daily walk so I came home around 3:30 and knocked out 5 miles. My knees hurt so ####### bad. I thought my meeting with a specialist was tomorrow but it isn't until next Thursday. Mrs. SLB is a RN and says I need surgery on both.

On the bright side my oldest Cal started Kindergarten at a Catholic school this week. The head priest wanted a meeting with all the parents tonight. I think it is supposed to last two hours and I told Mrs. SLB no ####### way. That would be worse than the knee pain.

Huh. Always thought it was soccer related.And, I don't mean to say he hasn't been, I just only recently started paying real attention.
