I'm probably just nitpicking way too much, but there's a good legal argument the cops couldn't search and/or confiscate those safe deposit boxes (based on what was present on the show - maybe they had uncovered other indicia we don't know about).

And just to clarify, I assumed the feds seized Kaylee's money along with the other boxes, but some of my readers have held out hope that it was untouched.

Vince Gilligan: Oh, yeah, they got her money. Saul even says this is the second time they're taking the bankroll. Kaylee does not get her trust fund.

Yeah, it's worth it. It's not deep like Breaking Bad is, but I can still appreciate it. Go into it like you would a good action flick.

Absolutely dude.Knowing you and the things you've suggested to me. You'll love SOA. Of course it loses it's appeal when you can watch every episode back to back to back...but it's right up your alley.
 
Second the motion that RN would like SOA. Haven't seen season 4 yet, but I can attest that the first 3 seasons warrant viewing.

 
The first two seasons of SOA are definitely worth watching. 3 was generally considered sub-standard, and 4 ended in a way that left a lot of people cold. But at least watch the first two, and if you're like me and kind of lost your enthusiasm after these past two, hey, at least only three more seasons to go, right!

this....i was being sarcastic in my previous post as the show has become cartoonish at best - think Dukes of Hazzard on motorcycles. The first two seasons were entertaining and good for a male soap opera.
 
Both DA and Homeland are pretty stellar compared to 97% of the stuff on TV.

Is there a Downton Abbey thread here or is it too girly?

 
Gave up on Dexter and Walking Dead long ago. Love BE, like Homeland. But Treme is my favorite show on television and is about to start season three. So yeah, Treme, BE, Homeland, and football. TV slate is as full as it gets for me.

What's the deal with this Treme show? I think I saw Steve Zahn in the first episode and was like "I'M OUT".

David Simon doing post-Katrina New Orleans, through musicians, the culinary scene, and politicians. It's a great show, but if you love music, it's phenomenal.
 
Breaking Bad sure did broadcast Skylar smoking and ricin cigarettes multiple times, which leads me to believe that is how she dies... anybody else think about this?

Cigarettes aren't the ideal the method of delivery for the ricin. That was just the best place for Jesse to hide it.
 
I don't check the thread as often, nice link be it you or Mojo. Helps to understand a bit. I also think those of us who crammed the 5 seasons into the last say 6 months or so, I do think it feels different than the folks who have tuned in every week and sat around thinking about what is next.

Warning...it's pretty slow wrt plot development...you have to be patient with it. Characters are great though.
