Moral of the story: DON'T START COOKING METH!!!
2 more to go, how in the hell can they top that? One of the best stand alone episodes ever. I'm ####### depressed.
This. I hate having to wait a week!!One of the best stand alone episodes ever. I'm ####### depressed.
Oh wait... excellent SNF game. I'm saved!!!Now to the DVR'd Dexter... I guess.
They can't. The next two episodes are just Walt driving up to NH.2 more to go, how in the hell can they top that? One of the best stand alone episodes ever. I'm ####### depressed.
I thought Saul didn't know where the person went once his guy got the person to disappearAnyone catch what was said during closing credits (I think it was a preview sound bite, Saul maybe)?
ExactlyFor a moment there, I thought Walt had totally flipped out. But they are setting up his redemption.
First, he let Marie totally off the hook. Second, he "hoped" to take the Nazis' COMPLETELY out of the equation by putting all the blame on himself.
Now "Heisenberg" takes on a legend of epic proportions and his disappearance is all that anyone will care about. Obviously something happens, which causes him to have to come back. Probably somehow the Nazis', Todd, Lydia, Jesse...somehow the family is threatened and that is why Walt comes back.
I'm still shaking from this one.
When Walt and Skylar were wrestling over the knife, the tension was unlike anything I've experienced in any show/movie ever. I really thought Flynn was going to get the knife accidentally.
Unbelievable.
There goes my plan for the finale after party :(Moral of the story: DON'T START COOKING METH!!!
I was waiting for the knife to fly out of their hands and hit Flynn right in the forehead. For a moment there, I thought Walt had totally flipped out. But they are setting up his redemption.

Well, uncle and not dad, but the reaction I had was somewhere in-between. Shock? Not revulsion or anger, just shock.BTW, didn't buy Flynn's over-the-top indignation for a second.
Most kids his age, when told their dad is a millionaire drug kingpin, would say..... COOL!!!!
I assumed it was a phone call, was I imagining things or did anyone else hear that in the closing credits?I thought Saul didn't know where the person went once his guy got the person to disappearAnyone catch what was said during closing credits (I think it was a preview sound bite, Saul maybe)?

I'm pretty sure that was Saul's voice. And he's not supposed to know where they go. Which makes me think that Walt is going to contact him. But honestly, I don't see any point in guessing about anything. I'm pretty sure that whatever the writers do will be perfect.I thought Saul didn't know where the person went once his guy got the person to disappearAnyone catch what was said during closing credits (I think it was a preview sound bite, Saul maybe)?
Good call. This show is masterful at interjecting moments like this and considering the tone of the rest of the episode they still pulled it off.I was a few minutes behind, so I'm sure this has been covered - but the song was hilarious. Just absolutely perfect.

knife goes flying, stabs box of fruit loops. Maybe they don't get to see it.I wonder what the DEA is going to think about the video they made to blackmail Hank. Doubt they'll believe Skyler and Marie's story.
Camera cuts to Aunt Jemima, knife sticking out of her ample bosom, maple syrup dripping down her dress.knife goes flying, stabs box of fruit loops. Well, they have Albuquerque PD recording of Walt which should prove Marie and Sklyer's storyI wonder what the DEA is going to think about the video they made to blackmail Hank. Doubt they'll believe Skyler and Marie's story.
I was thinking Saul was talking to Huell, since he's still sitting in a hotel room somewhere and is the last person to have seen Hank aliveI'm pretty sure that was Saul's voice. It's certainly up there. That was the best hour of TV I have ever seen.
Can't rule out a hari-kiri situation either. He knows he's toast.Getting the feeling that Jesse make it out of this alive. He has to kill Todd at some point.
I'm thinking he hangs himself with his leash, maybe after killing Todd? Then the Nazis threaten Skylar and Saul for the whereabouts of Walt which brings him back.Getting the feeling that Jesse make it out of this alive. He has to kill Todd at some point.
I can't think of any betterThat was the best hour of TV I have ever seen.
Jesse won't be doing that because they will kill Brock.I'm thinking he hangs himself with his leash, maybe after killing Todd?
