Disagree. 10 yards field position is worth more than 4 seconds. Plus it is harder to pick up a first down.... which they ended up picking up.

Later on he accepted the holding call.

Because of the situation.  They gained a bunch of yards so he took the penalty.  They stopped the guy on the one to make it 2nd and 20 and got the clock stopped.
