Is anything really out of line at a Charlie Sheen roast?
I pretty much agree with this in 99% of situations. Just seemed wrong to me. Not because of Ryan Dunn who I really do not care about then or now and have no sympathy for really, but because of Steve-O. The guy just lost one of his best friends.
What was your opinion of the Greg Giraldo joke?
Different context really. Her joke seemed more like "hey, your friend died! hahahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaa too bad it wasn't YOU!! hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"Everything else people said at this and the other roasts I've seen (on CC and otherwise) have been fine with me. There are always some that make you cringe for a second, but they still are funny. That's how it's supposed to be. I get that. And again, I was a person who felt people were idiots for all the Ryan Dunn crying when he died. I've been in West Chester, PA constantly these past 2 years and everybody was all up in arms over him, which I thought was BS really. My beef here is more about Steve-O who really is just another victim on Dunn's idiocy. For a guy who has been a suicidal addict in the past, he probably is dealing with a lot and didn't need to hear that.
I didn't see anybody making a joke about Tyson's daughter dying on the treadmill . . . .
