weird card. Don't have a ton, so far i have:

Amirkhani +135

Corasani -130

bader +190

ETA: was eyeing up Johnson at +225, if the number stays there or gets better i might take a shot. also, all light plays. been busy, haven't looked into the card too much

How are you guys budgeting what your spending on props for the SB? During the regular season, I'd budget 1 prop unit to = .25 of a regular betting unit. Bumped it up to .5 for the playoffs b/c there were less to play.

I have no idea what to do for the SB. I've played two already for .5u, but I don't think I can keep that up. Any thoguhts?
Interesting. I'm the opposite in that I play the props at equal or greater units than a normal side/total bet. Hard to argue with the success of our prop guys here.

OK guys - link is in my sig now. I went through all of the pages since last Sunday post entered what I could find. A few notes:

  • Some things seemed more like it was posted for discussion vs. an actual lean, so I didn't post that
  • There were times when people quoted others when the lean was being discussed, so if I entered the wrong username; forgive me...not my intention to give credit to the wrong person at all
  • If you think i missed anything, or entered something I shouldn't have, let me know
whoa

:tebow:
My pleasure. Glad to be able to give something back.

Yeah, I guess I could've phrased my initial post better. Based on advice from folks in this thread along the way, I have 1 unit = 2.5% of my total bankroll. On a busy Sunday, there could be 30ish props. Playing 30 units would be 75% of my bankroll, and probably pretty irresponsible. Make sense?

yes my prop units are much larger than any unit for side or total.

will be scaling all these back for SB, since they are a bit different. Most will be between .5 to .75

I don't think it's irresponsible at all. We've hit 56-60%+ on props since the beginning of time. IMO, anything less than 100% of bankroll on props is leaving money on the table.

irresponsible but fun! I'd come close to emptying my balances on bovada and sportsbook on some Sundays

Anthony Johnson +285 at 5dimes

Book it.
woah, hey bud. hope things are well. been a long time
Life threw a few curveballs. Just trying to get back on my feet. Weakest part of Gus's game is striking defense. Johnson might have most power at 205. Gus had a bad camp with father passing away and is nursing several injuries. Johnson is peaking skill wise.

Also like your Bader play. Bad match up for Davis who wilts when he isn't controlling the fight.

i learned a good lesson from Davis. guy has been training at Alliance forever, and i assumed his striking would demonstrate it, but i learned just cause it's a very good camp doesn't necessarily mean the skills transfer over for even some of the top athletes

Yo dawg, I heard you liked modogg's MMA picks....so we put some modogg in your modogg so you can pick MMA winners while you pick MMA winners.
