The extra $200 was for a DVR that stopped working last month that they wanted me to send back. They never told me they wanted it back, nor sent any instructions on how to do so. They are going to send me a "recovery kit" that includes a box and shipping label, and once they receive the package they will credit the $200.McGarnicle said:They sent me a bill for $375. Outraged, I said I'd like to cancel my service as this is yet another example of their ineptitude and is really just the last straw this time. I get transferred to Retention. Explain the situation, the guy says I have every possible promotion/discount they could give me at this time.
