Facebook doesn't need teenagers.  It only needs them to adopt it when they get to their late 20s.  No woman can resist being on Facebook when they have kids.  Or cats.

Now it's full of a bunch of crazies who think Zuck is out to get them because they take down the random #### they post as fact because it was on the internet.

In right at 27 for a bit.  I'm hoping this turns out better for me than the DBX ipo.  I think I still have some of that dog laying around.

Who is still holding BLMN?

I just put in a stop limit order to lock in 7.5% for a trade I held a week (if it triggers today).

JPM and DFS are long term values here.

Buy

ROKU I have no opinion but I am researching this one.....seems like it could be the winner in the “Cut the Cord” platform.

Still in @ $8.80. Was tempted to dump it a few times but haven’t sold anything yet.

Yeah, I grabbed some at $6.40.  Almost 80% up.

:lmao: You might need to be a just a little more patient. It's IPO price was 20 and it opened at 26.20. It's going to wobble for a while. This wasn't a quick trade for me - I'm actually waiting for them to allow options so I can sell puts for my next third.

Hot IPO this morning.  Inari Medical (NARI) IPO price $19.  Looks like it might open around $40.

We are due for some new stimulus. Powell on the money machine. They are discussing the next round of free money....code named "2nd stimulus".

Then stonks can go up further.

Someone please explain how I correctly put in a limit order for an IPO (NARI)... if I don't care what it opens at and want it at whatever it opens at?

They are the next penumbra. IN MY OPINION.

Very well respected and growing in the cath lab/IR space.

right.. so I want 200 shares.

Don't have the 200k to place that.

eta - I do have the 8-10k I expect it to cost.  But if I put in 40 and it opens 45 - I miss it right?

In the time it took to type this, the stock went parabolic, up about 4%.🤣

It's opening at 3 times its ipo price.  Isn't it much more likely to fall today than rise regardless of how good the company is?

And this is where I assure you I am not the expert.

I just know I am a buyer of the company over the next several years.

eta - I can't even figure out what time it opens.

Welp.  I don't want to gamble and I have to run out for a few hours.

Hope it is in a reasonable place when I get back.

Set the limit for the max you're willing to buy. I set a limit for 27.00 on SLQT yesterday and got it at the open price of 26.20,

Or  @matuski , you can just set a limit for 1/2 the shares of what you want and then buy your next half based on price action. Might dip or it might not, your call.

NARI is now showing up on Schwab.  When I type in it's symbol nothing comes up but when I then click on the arrow next to the symbol letters it pops up.  It shows a stock price of $41.49.

Heck it was just 8 years ago in May that FB IPO'd at $38 a share.  I sold the majority of my shares at $43 on the day it was issued.  It trickled down to $19 and has been on a skyrocket ever since.  It just hit an all time high yesterday at $237.

I remember folks on here making fun of people investing in FB.  Really wish I would have held those shares.

:hey:  Never imagined people would use that garbage and that the fad would wear off.

I still don't get it.

What is the best site to get the most current stock prices? I have been on Marketwatch.com but not sure what else is out there. Thanks.
