As soon as that scene happened, I was like, "That guy is going to see Saul on TV or something and complain to someone that he was told he was a DA. She'll get in trouble for it and that'll be the end of her and Jimmy. I'm guessing that will happen with about 4 episodes left, so we can see him spiral out of control for a little bit before the end of the season.Kim is the one who loses law license right? That's where this is headed.
I think this is where we are headed: Kim eventually "breaks bad", helps Saul build his criminal-adjacent enterprise, we find out Saul had to leave behind Kim (and a kid?) when the Walt stuff went down, and Gene/Saul decides to risk his freedom by re-connecting with Kim, she's moved on, and Gene/Jimmy/Saul turns himself in to finally take responsibility for all his misdeeds.22 hours ago, Daywalker said:

My old man memory is failing me here. What exactly did he do again? I know he's on the run, but what are his crimes?Wouldnt there be a massive man hunt for Saul? Surely the cab dude would know about that.
Did he even do anything illegal?TheIronSheik said:My old man memory is failing me here. What exactly did he do again? I know he's on the run, but what are his crimes?
I’m confused. Are you making fun of me or is your old man memory bad, too?Did he even do anything illegal?
My old man memory is good enough to remember that "Did he even do anything illegal?" is fantastic FFA shtick, but not good enough to remember the exact context in which the original quote appeared. I'm about 60% sure it had something to do with Breaking Bad ... but it could have been something entirely different.I’m confused. Are you making fun of me or is your old man memory bad, too?![]()
It was breaking bad. Woz, iirc, asked if Saul had really committed any crimes. Lead to like 3 pages worth of jokes. My old man memory is good enough to remember that "Did he even do anything illegal?" is fantastic FFA shtick, but not good enough to remember the exact context in which the original quote appeared. Wow. So I not only forget what he did wrong but I also forgot shtick? Fellow old man here, and I'm thinking this too. As best I can remember, he was duped into thinking the cartel was coming for him (I think he thinks Jesse is dead - fake photo that Hank made.) So he may have nothing at all to worry about? I think?Did he even do anything illegal?TheIronSheik said:My old man memory is failing me here. What exactly did he do again? My memory is pretty uncertain. But I vaguely remember it being in the Breaking Bad thread, and I vaguely remember Woz being involved, but I thought he might have provided a serious answer rather than being the one to ask the question.WatIt was breaking bad. Your recollection sounds more likely to me.My memory is pretty uncertain. But I vaguely remember it being in the Breaking Bad thread, and I vaguely remember Woz being involved, but I thought he might have provided a serious answer rather than being the one to ask the question.
It seemed way out of character. Of course, I might not be remembering an important part of the show, but I thought his granddaughter was pretty much like his whole life. But at my age with my memory, when stuff like this happens in a show, I just chalk it up to me forgetting something.Tiger Fan said:The scene with Mike yelling at his grandaughter seemed so forced. Thought it was fine up with just his facial reactions, but when he verbally blew up on her...it just felt weird. I think they could've achieved what the wanted to in a different manner.
Admittedly, I'm nit picking....but it just bothered me

I don't think you are. I agree it seemed our of character but assume it's leading to something. It seemed way out of character. without a doubt....i just thought it could've been done better...that's allMike snapped at his granddaughter because his job is stressful and he was on very little sleep. Part of his Breaking Bad journey will be to estrange himself from his DIL and granddaughter, to protect them. I bet he runs them out of town.
Let’s not jump that far nowWow that was a great episode. On par with any episode of breaking bad imo
Really?Wow that was a great episode. On par with any episode of breaking bad imo
Are the two mutually exclusive?Watching on DVR and just stopped after the opening scene.
Who THE HELL came up with that idea? Am I really high or was that one of the most incredible shots/ideas?
Filler? Feels like it set everything in motion to me. Loved the Kim scenes and re-introducing Hank and Gomey.Really?
Felt like a lot of filler to me. Still enjoyable but a forgettable episode.
100% agree, been saying this for a while.Capella said:Wow that was a great episode. On par with any episode of breaking bad imo
Give her a break - she's the only one with no fan service in her lifesnogger said:Everything with Kim is just getting old.. We get it, she's conflicted.. Time for her, and her storyline, to go![]()
Nacho was with Tuco in the deserti loved it. Can someone refresh my memory of how Saul got hooked up with Nacho to start with... I know it had to do with tuco but I dont remember exactly
Kim is Jimmy's impending tragedy, without her, and that he never fully becomes Saul. Her conflicts really aren't much to do with her, as far as the series goes. Her demise is going to be in the very last few episodes ever of this series and I wish they'd string it out 10 seasons instead of just one.snogger said:As always, Enjoyed the Mike scenes and the scene with Walt, Saul and Krazy-8 was gold.

That was awesome and probably some foreshadowing of some sortThis season so far has been brilliant. The opening scene last night with the ants was incredible.
Ouch.at this point I don't care what happens to her character.. IMO, she's been the weak link of the entire series..
as we used to say at Waterbury Correctional Facility (the VT prison right next to Ben & Jerry's world HQ), "Don't drop the cone!"That was awesome and probably some foreshadowing of some sort
Wait. Who's Walt?snogger said:As always, Enjoyed the Mike scenes and the scene with Walt, Saul and Krazy-8 was gold.

As soon as that happened, my wife said the same thing.Great episode this week, but thought the gang not jumping Mike seemed strange. I doubt they’d really be afraid of one old white guy when there was 5 or 6 of them.
