Just?????I use it only for convenience and speed. There are very few foods (usually liquids/soups only) that reheat better in a microwave than they do by other means - but if I'm just re-heating leftovers, I usually don't want to spend 10+ minutes doing so.
If you do pizza, make sure to follow it up with a minute or two on the flat toasterI'm the guy who will microwave just about anything, mostly due to a combination of not being picky and being lazy.
This always goes in the oven for reheatIf you do pizza, make sure to follow it up with a minute or two on the flat toaster

Much faster + similar results with microwave/toaster combo. This always goes in the oven for reheat
Microwave, onto skillet for a minute to crisp the bottomIf you do pizza, make sure to follow it up with a minute or two on the flat toaster

How do you make your Hot Pockets?Microwaves suck and no cook worth their salt would use one
false, i just press my crank right against the glass when microwaving popcorn or whatever
A well thought out one, Copernic....oh wait, never mind.WTF kind of pole forces me to give reasons for "yes" and "no"?
maybe you're new here?WTF kind of pole forces me to give reasons for "yes" and "no"?
Regular microwaves can do that.We need a new kind of microwave that can safely heat food in metal containers.
Takes up too much space? You live in a VW Bus or something?I do not, and will not ever again, own a microwave. Microwaves are good for making popcorn, melting butter, and heating liquids. These are not a good reason to own an appliance that takes up that much space.
When I removed my microwave that came with my house, I put my entire liquor cabinet where it used to be.Takes up too much space? You live in a VW Bus or something?
use fireWe need a new kind of microwave that can safely heat food in metal containers.
Clearly, You need more liquorWhen I removed my microwave that came with my house, I put my entire liquor cabinet where it used to be.
I'll allow itWhen I removed my microwave that came with my house, I put my entire liquor cabinet where it used to be.
Did you mean chef? Cuz ####loads of cooks do. I can cook my ### off and I still use a microwave for certain things.Microwaves suck and no cook worth their salt would use one
You underestimate how much liquor fits in a microwave space.Clearly, You need more liquor
I guess if we didn't have that microwave my wife could have an extra 6 inches of bull#### above my liquor cabinetWhen I removed my microwave that came with my house, I put my entire liquor cabinet where it used to be.
Or you could replace it with a 1" deep utensil rack and get rid of that moldy vase you keep your utensils in on your counter.I guess if we didn't have that microwave my wife could have an extra 6 inches of bull#### above my liquor cabinet

Thanks for the physics lesson, Galileo. Wait...A couple fun things to do with your microwave...
Put a CD in there...Fun to watch and a cool pattern left on the CD. Don't do it with one you still use!
Snack size potato chip bag...Like a shrinky dink, it will shrink to a miniature size, but will retain its basic shape and can still be read
Marshmallows/peeps...You got some of those peeps laying around after Easter? Have at it.
You could use the marshmallows, or chocolate, or chesse in the microwave to measure the speed of light. Spread a tray of it around, heat for a short time. Measure the distance between melted spots...this is half a wavelength (locations of constuctive interferrence). Take the wavelength and multiply by the frequency (should be reported on the microwave sticker)...good little experiment to do with your kids.
Nobody should use itDid you mean chef? Cuz ####loads of cooks do. I can cook my ### off and I still use a microwave for certain things.
