Watched a bit of Naples v Verona. Announcers kept saying Lasagna was being smothered. Also, Lasagna was tough and soft. Took me 50 minutes to realize Lasagna was a midfielder on Verona.
His game is so cheesy.
I'd say his game is a bit more layered than that. Yeah, he likes the occasional saucy trick, but he's also not afraid of a nice, meaty tackle.

I get free Walmart + with one of my AMEX cards, and I guess I’m getting free Paramount+ with that free Walmart+ starting next month.

Maggies at high velocity v City in the first half. Citizens having trouble dealing with Saint Maximin and the other fleet guys on Newcastle's attack (Almiron and Wilson).

Liverpool without the first choice midfield of Fab, Thiago, Keita.

Along with the McGuire/FauxRo addition by subtraction I'm expecting a tough game for Liverpool here.

Henderson -- Milner -- Elliott just not good enough in midfield. Worst case scenario for Liverpool that Thiago and Keita have both been out. Not sure why Fab is sitting, but it shows.

Erik still with a lot of work to do and some players to send on their way.
Yes but this showing was so much better and something to build on. They played a full game, showed some passion, moved the ball quickly and defended well. When the runs were made the ball was played in. A lot to do, but this was a good response to the first two games. Wasn't the wholesale changes but ETH made a statement sitting Maguire and Ronaldo. And the team responded.

I would hope the next game we see Casameiro in for McT and Martial for Elanga and we go again.

Liverpool taking out their frustration on Bournemouth like a drunk that got rolled at the casino and comes home to abuse the children.

Liverpool 5-0 Bournemouth (half time)

6-0 Liverpool as the Worst Rule in Sports rears its ugly head again.

Diaz in an offside position as TAA's cross comes in. The defender plays the ball into his own net in an effort to keep it from reaching Diaz.

Seems like the very definition of "involved in the play" to me, but the goal stands.

Leicester might be getting relegated this year. A man up from 27 on and that's all they had? Against a Chelsea team missing their best CB? Ouch.

Also, Haaland is a cheat code. Given the other Bundesliga forwards coming over and struggling in the EPL I didn't expect him to kick on so quick. It sucks that he plays for City because I'd love to be able to cheer him on.

Odegaard with a deserved goal for Arsenal. Took a deflection but the Gunners have been knocking on the door the entire match.

Then Fulham nearly equalize off a corner. That Mitrovic is a load in the box.

Gabriel atones for his earlier gift with a scruffy goal off a corner to give the Gunners the lead. Deserved again as Fulham were hanging on for dear life for the last 10 minutes or so.
