SANCHO!!!!!

Wow, Ronaldo really is toast. His touch his gone, he doesn't get a one time shot off anymore, losing his pace. Its a quick decline...

Leandro Trossard is super. Looked him up just now and he's 27 -- not sure why he's never really popped onto the radar of a bigger club.

Liverpool will probably rally some from here, but the front six just aren't generating the pressure on the ball defending that they have for the last 4 years or so. Teams are able to pass through midfield too easily and the combination of the high line is leading to all kinds of chances against them. Going to be a long season I think.

Haaland failing in the EPL because the EPL defenders are not going to give him the space he had in Germany is one of the all time worst takes. The guy misses a couple of shots in a meaningless game like the Community Shield and everyone was ready to dance on his grave.

Halaand is a cheat code and simply unfair with the selflessness and greatness of the passers behind him.

United just wasn't up to the pace of City. Still a big gulf between them. Big test in how they respond. Would like to see Sancho, Martial, Antony up top. Time for Casameiro to get a run.

Andy Cole seems like he doesn’t get enough credit for his accomplishments- maybe it’s just me and being a stupid American.
Always felt like he was a good player in a great situation, and that Ronaldo, Rooney and RvN were better players. He never scored 20 league goals in a season for United either.

This stat is AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Fastest to 3 hat tricks in EPL history

Cole: 65 games
Torres: 64 games
Van Nistelrooy: 59 games
Owen: 48 games
Haaland: 8 games

:lmao:

I'm pretty sure that is Chelsea, Liverpool and Tampa Bay Rowdies legend Joe Cole.

He won a treble, I am sure he's fine with it....

He split time with Yorke, Ole and Sherringham, esp in the treble season. He may not have been as good, but as a partner with Yorke, they were second to none.

Anyone else have trouble with picture quality on Paramount Plus? All of my streaming services and Youtube TV are all crystal clear except Paramount plus, which comes out very pixelated and blurry (like I have a slow connection or something).

I’m not watching it today, but whenever I do there is always something wrong. Only have it because I get it free with Walmart plus which I only have because I get it free with one of my AMEX’s.

barca got hosed by var missing a handball in the box, the explanation by christina unkel on the paramount after show is awful and the studio guys are losing their minds!

Tremendous few minutes from Arsenal there. That was so frenetic - great drama. Leads to Saka converting the PK for the lead. What a fun match. Great way to start the morning.

Arsenal looks like a title challenger, if they can sustain. They really are playing well.

United bounce back against Everton, come from 1 down to win 2-1. Rashford's goal should have stood. The handball rules are getting worse.
1) His arm was down at his side so no where would this be a call.
2) Under the rule, if he passed it to Bruno for the tap in, it's a goal regardless of any handball.

Those two alone make the call ridiculous.
