With trades like that I see why....

I am Team B.And I knew this trade would raise eyebrows,snickers, criticism... but I wanted Julio. The other owner knew it, and leveraged that value....And I know I could have perhaps maximized value some more...Trying to get Dez or someone else cheaper, or going for other players, but this fits my plan.This team I had, coming off back to back titles was getting stale/older. I could have taken my lumps this year, did the top 5pick, and try to hold on for two more years or take a long term approach, go young re-build it.I had terrible QB play(Cutler), and injuries as well at the rb position. My points against was 2nd most...I tried getting a QB, but it was in vain. I was the one getting Jennings. My reasoning is that there are only 6-8 guys in the draft I really feel comfortable about and then a lot of guys who are a bit of crap shoot. The picks are from what is probably the best team in the league so I valued it as at least the 1.10. I've always liked Jennings and he should have 3-4 good years left.

I am a fringe playoff team in my league and was willing to deal Brady to help build my team into a powerhouse starting next year. The best offer I got was Rivers, Manningham and a late second for him. For that price I will ride him until he retires.

I don't see why one would give up Richardson for Greene.

It seems like a good trade to me if you are in playoff contention and don't have an rb2. Richardson has shown flashes but I don't consider him a sure thing.

Think I overpaid based on market value, but took a long hard look at this upcoming rookie class and really didn't see anyone that I would regret missing.
