*2015-16 EPL Fantasy - Season Over - Rule Changes for next season (1 Viewer)

I am still trying to figure out a couple of details. I might need to wait for Eephus to wake up.

Waivers should be set on reverse draft order, but I don't see any options to manually set the waiver order. The options are Random or based on Current Standings.

Also - how are we going to handle the time between now and the start of the season?

Seems like we should have waivers run once - next Thursday, and then FCFS until the games start on Saturday. (Any players added to the database are automatically placed on waivers for at least 3 days - so no risk of a fluke signing during the FCFS period.)

Also - we need to pay Christo via PayPal - $35

And I don't think we should have waivers or FA before the season. Week 1 should be with the team you drafted.

Midfield is strong, give you that for sure.

Striker:

Roberto Firmino, Liverpool

Wilfried Bony, Man City

Jermaine Defoe, Sunderland

Jordan Ayew, Aston Villa

Hoping that Firmino adapts to the EPL. He will be "replacing" Sterling, so I'm hoping that his numbers are his floor. If Man. City go with their rumored 4-4-2, and Bony starts up front with Aguero, Bony could be huge. If he's fit which is a question going into GW1 with he and Aguero. Defoe is really the only thing up front for Sunderland. Looks like Aston Villa is buying multiple forwards, we'll see how Ayew fits into that system.

Midfield:

David Silva, Man City

Mesut Ozil, Arsenal

Carles Gil, Aston Villa

Nathan Redmond, Norwich

Rolando Aarons, Newcastle

Juan Cuadrado, Chelsea

Kevin De Bruyne, TBD

Expecting big things from Silva, he's pretty consistent, so just hoping he continues. I have big hopes for Ozil. This is his first preseason with Arsenal and from all reports he's been awesome. Ozil vs Cazorla was a small debate for my 2nd round pick because Santi takes the PKs and is more of a goal scorer. I think Ozil's place is more nailed down, and is getting more comfortable with the EPL, so hopefully a big season follows. I read enough rumors about De Bruyne to take a chance in the 8th round. He seems like he could be a monster if he can find his way to City, but the further this drags on the less likely it will come true. Obviously the speculation picks are all huge, but he seems the most likely of all of them to come over this transfer window. Gil is Villa's playmaker, and Redmond is Norwich's young exciting midfielder. He was awesome last year in the Championship and starred for England for their U21 team. Aarons is young and exciting as well, hoping he gets time on the wing for Newcastle. Cuadrado is a lot of fun to play with in FIFA, but probably wont get anytime unless something happens with Willian.

Defense:

Hector Bellerin, Arsenal

Danny Rose, Tottenham

Darryl Janmaat, Newcastle

Gael Clicy, Man City

Bellerin came on last year and was awesome. Could put up some big numbers this year, had some beautiful plays last year. Rose and Janmaat are both fullbacks who like to get forward and deliver crosses. Clichy splits time, so having time to edit the lineup before KO will be a benefit to see if he's in the starting XI.

Goalie:

Petr Cech, Arsenal

Hopefully he shoves it Mourinho's face and plays awesome this year.

Interesting how everyone is planning to use different formations. Three man striker line and only three Defenders? Cool.

This is a well balanced team. Bony is the wildcard - if he can even put up Dzeko like numbers you should be a front runner.
