I've reset the transactions policies to the same as last year's except for the 5 minute deadline for starters. Waivers are scheduled to run at 6PM EST on Thursdays. After the waivers run, free agents are first come, first served.

The Friday games throw a spanner into the rules. You'll still be allowed to change starters up until their individual game time but it's not clear when the Free Agent pool will revert to waiver status. I'd prefer it you could still add free agents up to the early Saturday kick off because I know sometimes I don't check my rosters until Friday night. I think this should be possible even with the occasional Friday match but who knows with Fantrax.

This remains an open question.

I have adjusted his roster to make the active roster legal - only real choice to make is De Gea v. Speroni at goal.

But, the roster is light 4 players, that can be picked up next week...

We should probably line up a backup owner, either on a reduced price or free season basis. Give slob until Tuesday or Wednesday before pulling the trigger.

I'd be OK w/ giving the substitute #1 waivers priority as well but would need league consensus on this.

I am still trying to figure out a couple of details. I might need to wait for Eephus to wake up.

Waivers should be set on reverse draft order, but I don't see any options to manually set the waiver order. The options are Random or based on Current Standings.

Also - how are we going to handle the time between now and the start of the season?

Seems like we should have waivers run once - next Thursday, and then FCFS until the games start on Saturday. (Any players added to the database are automatically placed on waivers for at least 3 days - so no risk of a fluke signing during the FCFS period.)
