2015 NBA Thread: I felt a great disturbance in the trolls, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. (2 Viewers)

NBA Conspiracy gets a lot of life tonight. Green has been a penis hunter in the playoffs but ti just seems to easy for them to have done this.
Too easy for whom to do what?

In just these playoffs, Green has delivered a knee to the nuts, kick to the nuts, slap to the nuts, and a WWF take-down.  Sorry but there's no conspiracy needed to tell him to take a seat for 1 game.

I mentioned he was a penis hunter, let's not just pick and choose what we want to read here.

I'm missing it big guy, when did this become a 1 game winner take all? It's a 7 game series and was about to close in 5.
?  Try and follow...

- "the cavs can't beat a fully stocked warriors team."

- cavs beat a fully stocked warriors team.

?

were you referring to the series?

If Kerr and the Warriors don't give a crap about game 3s, they aren't fully stocked.

Of course, anyone can get lucky one game hence the Jazz reference in the mid 90s, were they ever as good as Chicago? That's why they play a 7 game series, to ensure the better team wins and its not a fluke...and to make lots of money with extended series.

This is the dumbest idea on Earth. Every coach tries to win each game in the playoffs.

Please stop with this nonsense. You're making the rest of Dub Nation look like idiots.

So did the Warriors get lucky last season winning 4 games against a non "stocked" cavs team that had the clearly best player in the series?

Barnes an impressive 2-for-14. Get that man a max contract
When Klay Thompson was 24 he finished the season going 3-11 and 4-11 in the final two games of the Warriors' epic first round matchup with the Clippers, which the Warriors lost in 7. That offseason the Warriors turned down a Kevin Love trade offer and handed Thompson a 4/$70 extension instead.

Warriors fans are probably happy their front office didn't make personnel decisions based on tiny playoff sample sizes.

Not to mention that there is probably 30 "max contracts" worth of cap room out there and Barnes will likely be low on the list of those undeserving.

Yes, also that.

The real problem here is the individual salary caps. They need to be adjusted upwards significantly, if not abolished, now that the team caps are skyrocketing. "Max contract player" going forward will basically mean "above average starter."

Well, duh.

Luck has played a large role in GSW's run to back-to-back titles, not the least of which was getting to face LeBron in the Finals both years.

That's funny you claim to be part of Dub Nation and don't know them well enough to see how different they played especially on defense.

Minny homers; any response to the talk of the Wolves moving the 5th overall for Jimmy Butler?
They would have to add a lot more to get him but I would trade everyone not named KAT or Wiggins to get him.

Twolves are going to look great watching Orlando celebrate several titles in the years to come.

Curry has looked less then mortal. He should be getting crushed.
I don't think he's right physically.  A couple of shots he took last night appeared rushed, like he wasn't able to get his body squared and elevate like normal.  Maybe it is just the additional attention/pressure, but I find it hard to believe that teams weren't selling out to get to him before.

locally sports talk has been all over this, they say you can tell it's his knee by the way he comes off of screens. Normally he comes around and squares up with the ball ready to shoot but currently he is rounding his turns which is slower/wider and allowing the D to close up on him.

there is not a list of extinct animals brohans what there is actually is a list of animals that pissed off michael jordan take that to there will never be a list of animals that pissed off stef curry bank bromigos

There's a difference between not caring/implying the coach and team are purposely taking games off and actually just sucking in game 3 due to travel, the home team actually playing well, etc.

All these guys are playing through bruises, strains etc.

No excuses. Your on the floor and playing and running.....no excuses. He looks mortal...it happens. Long season, he is beat up, but so is Lebron, so are a bunch of guys.

I loved last nights game. Watching Lebron and Kyrie play lights out was pretty special to see if your an NBA fan (homerism aside for those that are Cav's fans) and Klay was on fire in that first half, but ran out of magic in the 4th quarter.

Game 6 should be sick and I expect another Cav's victory. Then an all or nothing game 7 and I would think GS takes it. If not....oh boy.

Never been done. Lebron can cement his legacy with a 3-1 come from behind Finals series win vs the greatest regular season a team ever had in GS, the city of Cleveland's suffering ends and we can be done with that story finally. A part of me is pulling for Lebron....I love seeing greatness and damn this guy is great. Seriously a once in a generation player. Screw the haters....this guy is a true star and does it all. He get's so much crap. It's stupid.

Seems like GS missed a lot of open looks last night. The perils of being a jump shooting team. I imagine they hit those next game or game 7. I don't see Cleveland winning this series without some more GS guys getting knocked out of action.
