I imagine if he stays there is zero chances of him going anywhere.Incredible. Imagine there is zero chance of Lebron going there if he stays.

Pretty sure Tanner is CollangeloGood chance one of you morons is Bryan Colangelo
The Eric 21 account randomly tweeted "DEFENSE" to a random small D1 college...that Colangelo's son just happens to play for.He admitted to one of the accounts that didn’t tweet anything. It won’t take a minute to determine if it’s the same user. I’m assuming it is him. He should be fired by noon at the latest. If he’s not then this organization is in trouble.I'm going to say it's not him
Isn't this is bigger than just Philly when you connect the dots to who wanted Colangelo there?Amazing story.... gotta love Philly
He wouldn't have to obliterate every record. The reason it doesn't happen much is because it takes a certain situation for it to happen. When is the last time the losing team had the MVP?
He would have to completely obliterate every finals record to get the MVP on the losing team these days.
We should be so lucky to have such a well-dressed, brilliant basketball mind around here.Good chance one of you morons is Bryan Colangelo
Aaaaand they're off....He admitted to one of the accounts that didn’t tweet anything. It won’t take a minute to determine if it’s the same user. I’m assuming it is him. He should be fired by noon at the latest. If he’s not then this organization is in trouble.
I bet he also screws up than and thenColangelo went to Cornell, yet the most obvious connection between the accounts is the atrocious sentence fragments, the incorrect use of contractions and the inability to stay in the correct verb tense.
I’ve had the incredible pleasure of working with Bryan. Most definitely not a moron. One of the greatest basketball minds I’ve ever encountered. Super humble too. Maybe go find a real moron to criticize.Good chance one of you morons is Bryan Colangelo
Well they’re not wrong. Even the suspicion of it is a bad look for the organization.Aaaaand they're off....
@WIPMorningShow: After the Twitter controversy, should Sixers GM Bryan Colangelo be fired?
I gaurantee his password on all 5 accounts is 123456
That's the same combination I use for my luggageI gaurantee his password on all 5 accounts is 123456
A level of internet sleuthing that would make even wilked blushI will say - amazing journalism work on this piece
So tell us Brian, how many times have you seen Joel with his shirt off?I’ve had the incredible pleasure of working with Bryan. Most definitely not a moron. One of the greatest basketball minds I’ve ever encountered. Super humble too. Maybe go find a real moron to criticize.
The part where they went to the Sixers with 2 of the accounts but held back the other 3 to see what happened with those was brilliant. And just as amazingly incompetent and stupid that Colangelo/whoever touched those other 3 accounts.I will say - amazing journalism work on this piece
Great, so if the Cavs lose he still has what, maybe 1/10 shot to win it at the most?He wouldn't have to obliterate every record. The reason it doesn't happen much is because it takes a certain situation for it to happen.
You need a big underdog, you need a team is more of a 1 man team, you need that player to be playing unbelievably well, and then you need the other team to have several very good players that can be the best player for their team on any given night.
Think back 20ish years I can only think of a couple times you had this set up in the finals. LeBron in 15, which he can close, Dirk in 11, which they won, and Iverson in 01, which they got destroyed in 5.
Great, so if the Cavs lose he still has what, maybe 1/10 shot to win it at the most?
Not really sure that should offset the +650 series price to make him +300 for MVP.
And yes, he would need to set records. He can't JUST be the actual MVP of the series. He needs to be far and away the best player by a lot with both stats and hustle plays, also defense, and for the series to go at least 6 gameswhere he also has at least one game winner.
No
I don't even see how this is a question. As soon as they confirm its him (it obviously is) he has to be out. I would be surprised if he lasts the day.Aaaaand they're off....
@WIPMorningShow: After the Twitter controversy, should Sixers GM Bryan Colangelo be fired?
That won't even work. He's done.So who do they get to take the fall: his wife, or his son?
Definitely my favorite partThe part where they went to the Sixers with 2 of the accounts but held back the other 3 to see what happened with those was brilliant. And just as amazingly incompetent and stupid that Colangelo/whoever touched those other 3 accounts.
Absolutely. That's the smoking gun for me. Got'em!!Definitely my favorite part
He doesn't have to set records he needs to have just a slightly better series than he did in15 and have all the Warriors take turns being the hero in a win. Not hard to believe that Durant, Curry, Klay, Green and Iggy(If he comes back) could take turns having poor games and good ones.Great, so if the Cavs lose he still has what, maybe 1/10 shot to win it at the most?

The other station the Fanatic (home of the sixers mind you), is pushing the Hinkie is behind it conspiracy theory. Which for drama purposes would be incredible but it's highly unlikely. Just funny that the two stations are so different.Aaaaand they're off....

I might be missing something but if Hinkie was behind it how would he have known to lock the three accounts the Ringer didn't tell them about when they called? The other station the Fanatic (home of the sixers mind you), is pushing the Hinkie is behind it conspiracy theory. Think they mean as the source who dug it up.I might be missing something but if Hinkie was behind it how would he have known to lock the three accounts the Ringer didn't tell them about when they called?
Because they're hosts on a sports talk radio show and not very bright.I might be missing something but if Hinkie was behind it how would he have known to lock the three accounts the Ringer didn't tell them about when they called?
You know he is, and it’s amazing, and when that comes out we all may just explode. If Hinkie was the source that tipped The Ringer, I need Netflix to pick the NBA up.
If you're a Cleveland sports fan, 10% is about as high as you'll go on anything.Where do all the Cav fans keep pulling 10 percent from? Dez gave the Cavs a 10 percent chance in game 7, Vegas had them at 44 percent, you put his series MVP at 10 percent, Vegas has it at 25.
Just trusting the process.Hinkie is watching the 10,000-year clock. He's not messing with BC and his twitter.
Maybe setting something up for revenge on Colangelo in like the year 4678, but not today.
Extension was the right thing to do, but good post otherwise.so in the last 24 hours in Philly......
The Sixers GM is outed as a Twitter Troll ....
Their young Star Ben Simmons has fallen in the Sunken Place known as the Kardashian Cult
They extended their Head Coach who is out-smarted in games repeatedly
Hinkie Died for THIS ?????????????
Wow, this adds an otherworldly rating to the doosh scale. What a tool this guy is if all this is true.
I put his MVP chances as the same (ever so slightly higher) as their chances to win the series. They are +650. His MVP odds should be +640.He doesn't have to set records he needs to have just a slightly better series than he did in15 and have all the Warriors take turns being the hero in a win. Not hard to believe that Durant, Curry, Klay, Green and Iggy(If he comes back) could take turns having poor games and good ones.

Have to disagree on this one..... it is obvious , even more so in the Playoffs, that he is not a very capable in-game Coach. His adjustments are late and , crunch time execution is laughable. They continued to blow 20 point leads all year long, including a critical Playoff lose. Things like having Marco Bellinelli setting a down screen for Embiid or having JJ Redick initiate plays in huge possessions are inexcusable. I like his personality but he would be better suited for a Veteran team like he was with in San Antonio.Long Ball Larry said:Extension was the right thing to do, but good post otherwise.
