Are you familiar at all with the Pac 12?Thy are playing Stanford next year, in Florida.
I think it was tipped by the other MSu receiverWow that MSU receiver...
Not that any of this really matters, but I do think the Citrus is higher in the pecking order for the SEC. Man that 2013 team was good. The Outback from the year before was certainly a more memorable game though.Ramblin Wreck said:Your current coach is 22-17 and hasn't won anything. I'll leave out the 1-5 interim guy though that should be applied to Spurrier who quit on the team/school because it was so bad. Spurrier was the best era of South Carolina football ever, right? It was about equal to Paul Johnson's era at Georgia Tech except Johnson won an Orange Bowl and went to another. South Carolina has never played in one better than the Outback Bowl. It just gets worse if we keep going but againat Gamecock guy saying at least they aren't Georgia Tech. Really, all you got here is "S-E-C; S-E-C; S-E-C"
There a replay gif of this yet? That poor girl in the Coconut Shrimp costume![]()
Same bowl record as the Big10 this year, Chooch. Are you familiar at all with the Pac 12?
B1G is 4 and 3 right now.Same bowl record as the Big10 this year, Chooch.
It'll be 4-4 to Pac's 4-3 after today.B1G is 4 and 3 right now.
Congrats on beating a G5 school I guess? Not watching the Fiesta Bowl, but checked in on this thread. Reading the top of this page, I thought LSU was down 42-0 or something.
LSU's up 10 late in the third with the ball in UCF's red zone? I think we can hold off on burying the Tigers just yet.
They're last years National Champs guy....Congrats on beating a G5 school I guess?
Forgot about Kentucky drubbing a Big10 school.B1G is 4 and 3 right now.
Not saying it's a landmark, program-making victory. But going on a 31-7 run against the best G5 school isn't chopped liver, either.Congrats on beating a G5 school I guess?
Who do you think Washington is?..... Purdue?!?Forgot about Kentucky drubbing a Big10 school.
4-4 after this loss and 4-5 after UW beats OSU.
Never controlled the ballWhy wasn't the LSU returner called down? Watching from across the room, no sound.
OK ... that's why UCF couldn't advance it. Thanks.Never controlled the ball
I thought that too then it sounded like Griese was talking about an old team of his and I was confused... LolLSU in the 2nd half is playing with 2DB’s, 3 Safeties and a WR in the defensive backfield....10 players who get regular PT out.

The ref said they couldn’t advance it -OK ... that's why UCF couldn't advance it. Thanks.
EDIT: Well, wait ... if an LSU player touches it, shoulda been live ball for UCF and thus the UCF special-teams TD should have stood. I missed something somewhere.
Might be a point on which NFL and NCAA rules differ. The ref said they couldn’t advance it -![]()
What happens a lot when the more physical SEC teams play a very good non-P5 opponent is that the SEC team's lines (Off and Def) just wears down the opponent. Hot starts against good SEC teams are reasonably common -- it's the second half where the squads typically separate widely. Not sure if UCF has guys who can't tackle or they're tahrrrd
Citrus picks before outbackNot that any of this really matters, but I do think the Citrus is higher in the pecking order for the SEC. Man that 2013 team was good. The Outback from the year before was certainly a more memorable game though.
Just saw where they flashed a bunch of LSU's game-long miscues on the screen.Congrats on beating a G5 school I guess?
We'd set up 3 TVs and watch the big bowl games while playing poker all day and drinking away our hangovers. It seems so long ago now, but I remember when Jan 1 was the pinnacle of college football, and one of the greatest sporting days of the year. Hungover, Keith Jackson and Brent Musberger, and 4 or 5 huge bowl games that mattered.
Most wins since 77 for them. Good season. Will be hard to replace Snell.Wildcats!!!!!
Wildcats!!!!!
Great game guys. Snell and Allen are beasts. Most wins since 77 for them. Good season. Will be hard to replace Snell.
First they came for the biggest bowls and I said nothing...It seems so long ago now, but I remember when Jan 1 was the pinnacle of college football, and one of the greatest sporting days of the year. Hungover, Keith Jackson and Brent Musberger, and 4 or 5 huge bowl games that mattered.
yeah- they should invite 2 of the best college bands every year to play super bowl halftime rather than the #### we have heard (except Prince, Tom Petty, and Bruce)I normally tune out when the obscenely too long halftime shows are on, but I did enjoy the Ohio St. band doing Bohemian Rhapsody.
That is a fantastic ideayeah- they should invite 2 of the best college bands every year to play super bowl halftime rather than the #### we have heard (except Prince, Tom Petty, and Bruce)
