I defended Saban getting ‘caught with his pants down’ at QB since he’d been in the same spot before with Simms, McElroy, Coker…but Milroe is by far the worst starter Bama has had during Sabans tenure. And the highly ranked recruits behind him didn't turn in to College QBs. Pants were down.

That first half was just atrocious. Second half was glorious. Great game Tennessee, thought you had it. I'm sure a lot of Vol fans are questioning the 2 4th down calls.

I really enjoy beating Tennessee :D

Wow Texas given a gift. Clear first down made that could have led to a TD gets called short by refs. Conference officials strike again.

Why go for two there!?!?
That was comical. You knew it was over but WTF? Down 14, kick the XP so if you pull out a miracle, an XP takes you to overtime or you decide after the miracle if you want to go for the win. It was also a **** play.

One day, PSU will have a QB that doesn’t suck. No way that kid was a 5 star. The announcers were so nice to him blaming timing as he missed pass after pass to wide open guys. Dude cannot throw to the sideline. He was so bad they did a trick play on the 2 point attempt.

Teams have been doing this pretty regularly for a few years now. Analytics say if you're down 14 in the 4th and score a TD you go for 2.

Basically the idea is 2pt is only a little under 50% so in most cases if you attempt it twice you'll get one of them. But you get the advantage of not having to attempt the second one if the one you get happens to be the 1st one.

Hopefully the Heels can get by pesky UVA next week to stay alive for a shot at redemption in Charlotte.
UVA is terrible. I'm a W&M fan and UVA struggled for a bit against the Tribe. If W&M had an offense (lost their best RB and they have no passing game) it might have been a much closer game.
It doesn't matter how bad UVA is. They give UNC a hell of a time . Usually in Charlottesville, but still.

Many years, like this one, they try to pretend to be the worst team in power 5 football until they get a chance to ruin UNC's season.
Amazing
It's over! UNC no longer unbeaten.

Is that true that late in the game though? I thought it was more like mid-4th quarter that it made sense.

Man watching USC lose is so much fun.

If they lose again next week, can we make them give back another Heisman trophy?

Lol....he's so good but his defensive coordinator needs to be fired on a tarmac, even though this was a HOME loss. :lmao:
Caleb is a talent, but my goodness I never realized what a pouty front-runner he is.

The team that drafts him next year as he also demands an ownership share of the team has a lot of fun on its hands.
