I believe, don't qoute me, I got too much going on for my brain to work right.... that up to getting destroyed by Mack he hasn't given a sack or hit and like one pressure or something impressive like that. Mack is still one of the best pass rushers in the league.

Right, I wouldn't predict a Mack resurgence based off this one game. I think it has more to do with Raider ineptitude.Where's he been then? This is the first game I've seen him do anything.

Watched a replay of the game and thought as a whole the team played well. Eluemunor is a serious liability at right tackle when facing a speed rusher. Very disappointing because I thought he improved last year as the season wore on.
Tyree made a couple of plays, which is encouraging, but he needs to step up his intensity when rushing the passer.
The defense made enough stops to win the game. If Eluemunor had not played so poorly this could have been a W.

Okay, IMHO the HC options on staff are Graham and Edgar Bennett
Who steps in at OC? If Graham is HC do they keep Lombardi or slide Bennett into that role? Norval Jr?
If Graham is HC Rob Ryan is the obvious DC and he's been terrible for the most part, like epically bad.

the OC sounds like head coach material here. whereas mcD threw the rookie under the bus first chance he got.
davante is backing the rookie too. I think that says a lot, I doubt addams is the only one who feels that way.
I'll take a head coach who backs up his rookie qb after one game where the kid gets sacked 7 times, over one who averts any blame after building the team to his exact liking.

With the pressure Mork is feeling from just the public alone, I doubt he’ll be coaching Caleb Williams if it comes down to that. Every player of value should be traded. The longer LV waits to rebuild, the longer the ongoing losing continues. This isn’t rocket science and it amazes me how poorly run the poorly run organizations go on making horrible decisions. I can’t believe Raider fans pay money to attend games when the product is a joke on the field and on the sidelines. I’m definitely not much of a fan.Next six game stretch contains five very winnable games.

- What gives anyone confidence that the Raiders will make the right choice with all these draft picks people are advocating they acquire? History shows they will just screw up the picks.
- Trade Cosby...um NO!
- As I mentioned previously, the Raiders could have won last week if they had just gotten average play out of their right tackle. We would be having a much different conversation had they won. I also agree that their next 6 games are winable. I say hold the line and let it play out.
- This doesn't look like a guy who thinks his team needs a rebuild junior lashes out

1. In the NFL, player for player trades are rare. I read there have been only 7 in season trades involving players and no draft picks since 1994. There might be one, but I can't remember any involving really good players. The closest thing I can remember to a deal involving decent players was Ngakoue for Rock Ya-Sin and that was in March. If the Raiders are going to trade a guy like Adams they are getting picks back not players of any consequence.Some thoughts on "rebuilding".Every player of value should be traded. 2. I understand being down on the Raiders drafting, especially after passing on Carter last year. Just gotta keep trying though. Great teams are built through the draft then supplemented by free agent signings and trading future picks for established players once the foundation has been built through the draft. Are you advocating that the Raiders trade picks for players right now? If so, I can't get behind that idea.

4. I agree somewhat. The mood would definitely be different if they won last week. If they were 2-2 that would feel a lot different than 1-3, but I am very dejected by what I have seen so far this year. Watching the games this looks like a bad team. Offense and defense both look poor.
I am usually all for keeping the good/great players you have and trying to make the playoffs till the bitter end when you are mathematically eliminated. This year feels different to me. The offense looks worse than previous years and the defense looks just about as bad as it has been. Besides that, the mood surrounding the team also feels different. I don't sense much optimism and there is definitely growing frustratrion. I hate the idea of trading Adams and giving up, but I think I would do it for the right offer at this point.
