Broome is a whimsy, finger pointing, front running, pouty baby. Watching that orangutan give him the business is satisfying.
1030 start for Purdue Houston. Great stuff. Guess I’ll see the highlights on YouTube in the morning.
Update?Michigan has this in the bag.
Auburn just run straight iso on offense?
Lol what did you do with the "and they won't" part of your original post?Unless Purdue pulls one out, the high seed in the elite eight is a 3. And if they do (they won't), it's a 4.
I can't remember the last time it was this chalky
Yeah that was awesomeOne of the greatest inbound plays I've ever seen.

Great play call but why don’t you cover the passer on an inbound pass under your basket. I understand doing it on a sideline play but not under your basket. One of the greatest inbound plays I've ever seen.
Never mind. Just saw the replay. The guy covering the inbounder had to switch off him to help on the guy that was passed to who came free off a screen. Makes the play call even better.Great play call but why don’t you cover the passer on an inbound pass under your basket. Actually the 20-2 part looks better. Michigan was up 48 - 39. Auburn got to 49 first and never looked back. UM scored 2 points in @ 6-minutes.28-6 War Eagle run
Didn't watch the game but wondering if, and how much, they ran any screen the screener action under their own basket. You are really susceptible to those two man isos and STS under the basket and have to involve the inbounder's defender on either a guy coming off a screen or a shape up. It looks like they may have been anticipating STS as the secondary action takes a beat longer and allows the defender to get back to the inbounder.Great play call but why don’t you cover the passer on an inbound pass under your basket. Kelvin said they practiced that play quite a bit in their pregame. They knew Purdues tendencies and exploited them perfectly.Never mind. Just saw the replay. Kid still gets up at 61030 start for Purdue Houston. Great stuff. Guess I’ll see the highlights on YouTube in the morning.
It's the weekend
I think the 8 best teams are left. Texas Tech would have been the 2 seed instead of St John's if they didn't have 2 starters injured in the Big 12 tournament. These last 7 games should be great.Unless Purdue pulls one out, the high seed in the elite eight is a 3. And if they do (they won't), it's a 4.

Good point, I remember seeing this too.Actually the 20-2 part looks better. Michigan was up 48 - 39. Auburn got to 49 first and never looked back. UM scored 2 points in @ 6-minutes.28-6 War Eagle run
Down 9, Pearl was franticly clapping trying to get his guys going but looking a little worried and you could definitely see concern on his player's faces. Then the biggest play of the game, imo.
Pettiford came off a screen and took what looked like an ill-advised shot from deep, like NBA range, straight away. And drilled it. I'd guess that shot had like a 20% chance of going in. If he misses it, Michigan continues, in control with a chance to go up 11 or even 12. Instead, it's a 6 point game (big swing) . Then UM turns it over and we go to a TV TO, where Auburn rightfully gathers themselves.
Coming out of the TO, they nail another 3 and just like that, the lead's only 3 and the run was on. All after that one shot, they took momentum and never came close to letting go. Crazy. Meanwhile, UM became totally unglued, also going from 2 fouls to 7 during that pivotal stretch.
What a massive shot by Pettiford.
I’m just happy Purdue came back from that 10 point deficit with 8 minutes to go. I thought the writing was on the wall at that point. They were completely overmatched physically so hats off to Purdue for their defense, game plan and effort. Amazing that Braden Smith assisted on every single made basket of the second half. 11 assists in the second half. Should be interesting to see if this core group returns. Furst is the only senior and he was not very good.Never mind. Just saw the replay. The guy covering the inbounder had to switch off him to help on the guy that was passed to who came free off a screen. Saw a clip on Tiktok where you can see the guy covering the inbounder cheat away more throughout the game. Brilliant call from Kelvin.Kelvin said they practiced that play quite a bit in their pregame. They knew Purdues tendencies and exploited them perfectly.Never mind. Just saw the replay. Everyone watching Paige put up 40.Must have been a boring 1st half?
Yep. It’s ridiculous. These reviews every other whistle to adjust the clock by tenths of a second are nonsense. Kills the enjoyment of exciting games.
Gene just sitting there doing nothing, should have him radio in the clock timing. These reviews every other whistle to adjust the clock by tenths of a second are nonsense. Kills the enjoyment of exciting games.

Don't you dare disparage the goatNate Oates looks like Sling Blade
Duke is just unreal good.
Duke is just unreal good.
Have a tough time seeing any team beating them this year. They just play unreal defense.
