Now the problem is teams are mostly set at QB, except for the Steelers. Almost anyone else who might think about drafting is also thinking about the Tebow like distraction they are bringing to the roster.

Not because of Deion or anything Shedeur has said or done, simply because he is such a high profile player.

Now that they have four picks between #98-139, I hope they take Kaleb Johnson at #58. Plenty of quality DL/CB/OL will be left in that latter range. Johnson would be the perfect compliment to Jeanty. Let heads explode with the Raiders taking RBs with both of their first two picks!!

I love it after Johnson going 1 pick ahead of us. Snagging another 3rd rounder is great, we only move down 10 spots, and most of my secondary list is still intact. Hell I wouldn't even mind Milroe as one of them now.

Mike Green EDGE Marshall - Strange story but TLDR is that he's just now coming into his own at EDGE and he's already borderline dominant. If he's got one iota of Maxx's drive and energy he'll be a superstar.

Mike Green has multiple sexual assault charges. Isaiah Bond has one of his own. Hopefully, there's been enough homework done on these guys if the Raiders do pick them.

I'm aware there are allegations, I'll let the guys that did the background work make those decisions, this is about what I see on the field.

Bech is just the fifth player in TCU history to record a 1,000-yard receiving season, and he was named the 2025 Senior Bowl Most Valuable Player. His focus and hand-eye coordination are outstanding. He rarely drops a ball and makes contested catches. He runs hard and breaks tackles after the catch. Bech tracks the deep ball and runs well enough to make some plays downfield on tape. He's a zone buster who settles into windows and presents the quarterback with a big target. -- Steve Muench

I think we had a greater need at CB but ok. WR is a need. Was 12th on ESPN's best remaining.

2021 (LSU): Led team with 43 receptions (489 yards, 11.4 per, 3 TDs). Played in 13 games with 7 starts.2022 (LSU): Played in 12 games with 4 starts (16-200-12.5, TD receiving; 5-92-18.4 KR; 3-3-1.0 PR). 2023: Played in 8 games as a reserve (12-146-12.2). 2024: Second-team All-Big 12 Conference. Led team with 62 receptions, 1,034 receiving yards (16.7 per), 9 receiving TDs. Started 12 games (2-34-17.0 PR). Did not play in the team's New Mexico Bowl win over Louisiana.Brother, Tiger, was killed in the terrorist attack in New Orleans on New Year's Day. Tiger was a WR and All-Ivy League return specialist at Princeton.

Overview
Competitive inside or outside target who stands out as a box-checker in several important columns. Bech can be slowed in press and might not have much separation speed, but he’s a big, strong receiver with outstanding ball skills. He’s physical at the top of the route and has a rebounder’s feel for owning catch space once he gains top positioning. His hands are sticky and strong with elite catch focus from any spot on the field. He’s fearless and physical as a runner but needs more nastiness as a run blocker. Bech’s lack of explosiveness could shrink his work space, but the focus should be on his pro-ready toughness and ball skills that make him a projectable possession target with WR3 upside.

Strengths
Good size with above-average play strength.
Plays with good body control and toughness.
Ball skills create a buzzy talking point for scouts.
Pins defender and battles to maintain top position on possession routes.
Exceptional ball-tracking with razor-sharp catch focus downfield.
Keeps defender out of his frame and catches late with sudden hands.
Uses strength to break tackles and roll up additional yardage.
Weaknesses
Route departures are delayed by aggressive press coverage.
Below-average suddenness and burst getting through route turns and breaks.
Unable to race past and stack man corners on the outside.
Effort and effectiveness as a run blocker need to improve.
Needs to adjust and create catch space sooner on jump balls.

Talk to me about Bech
TCU wide receiver Jack Bech is one of this class's most intriguing prospects.
Listed at 6-foot-1 and 214 pounds, he is a smooth route runner, physical receiver, makes tough catches under duress, and can extend plays after the catch.

Bech has a profile eerily similar to former Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl MVP and All-Pro wide receiver Cooper Kupp, who was selected in the 3rd round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Despite playing almost primarily in the slot during his first two collegiate seasons, the 22-year-old showed that he can thrive on the outside as well during his time with the Horned Frogs. He played 71.8% of his snaps on the outside during his final season, per PFF.

What stands out above all else when evaluating Bech is how reliable he is. Among all eligible receivers from this year's draft class, he had the lowest drop rate at just 1.1%.

After being projected to go on Day 3 just a few months ago, he is now projected to be a 2nd or 3rd-round draft pick.

Considering the completeness of his game, Bech should be considered with the top receiver prospects, but will likely instead be selected on Day 2 and become one of the draft's biggest steals.

HOORAY!!!... I think... Hank, should I hooray? I do not see him on your list.
I'm good with it. He's the kind of guy I love to get down on or just miss the traits on but then always makes me look like a fool after I post an analysis (Amon Ra St. Brown and Rashee Rice off the top of my head) while I honk up guys with much sexier traits that never translate. I just generally stink at evaluating WR so I'll trust the process here.

Announcers called him the toughest WR in the draft.

But why take the toughest receiver in the draft when they could simply sign the toughest receiver in the world!?!?!

2019: Redshirted. Played in 3 games as a reserve (no statistics).
2020: Played in all 12 games as a reserve and on special teams (5 tackles, 1 catch for no gain).
2021: Played in all 13 games as a reserve and on special teams (3 tackles, blocked kick).
2022: Played in all 12 games as a reserve (15 tackles, PBU, blocked kick). Moved from WR to DB.
2023: Played in 12 games as a reserve and on special teams (10 tackles, 3 PBUs, blocked kick).
2024: Honorable Mention All-Big 12 Conference. Tied for fourth in the FBS with 2 blocked kicks. Played in 12 games with 7 starts (18 tackles, 2 TFLs, 3 INTs, 2 PBUs). Did not play in the team's Pop-Tarts Bowl win over Miami. Set school record with 64 games played.

Overview

Sixth-year senior with elite traits and special teams talent but only one year of starting experience at cornerback. Porter’s rep total is heavy on zone coverages but he has the athleticism, burst and speed to handle more man coverage. He has excellent zone awareness with the twitch and ball skills to expand his sphere of influence. He uses his length to shade downfield throws but needs to get stronger to improve his press, his contest and his tackling in run support. More schooling is needed as a pattern-matcher but his athletic profile and instant impact on special teams should create more confidence in projecting Porter’s continued ascension as a CB2/CB3.

Strengths

Elite combination of size, length and speed.Possesses arm length that offensive tackles would covet.Smooth athlete with easy change of direction and acceleration.Long speed with well-timed transitions to phase deep routes.Mature field awareness and zone discipline despite a lack of experience.Possesses the burst and ball skills to crank up ball production.Standout talent at gunner with four career blocked punts.

Weaknesses

Made first start at cornerback in his sixth season in 2024.Limited man-cover reps on tape to evaluate.Takes time gathering and adjusting to more complex routes.Below-average play strength to discard run blocks.Quite a bit to clean up with tackling and contain in run support.Inconsistent coming to balance as a tackler as a punt gunner.

6'3"195 lbs Iowa State

Porter is an excellent special teams player who blocked four punts and one field goal attempt at Iowa State. He moved from receiver to corner in 2022 and didn't start at cornerback until 2024, but he has rare upside. He had the third-fastest 40-yard dash regardless of position at the combine (4.30). Porter has outstanding arm length and recovery speed to develop into an elite press corner. He reads the quarterback and tracks the ball well in zone coverage, and he plucks the ball out of the air. He has the frame, length and strength to prevent receivers from coming down with 50-50 balls. -- Steve Muench
