2025 Masters Thread - Was: Collin Morikawa will TIE FOR 14th at The Masters (1 Viewer)

Grabbed Tyrrell Hatton +2000 a few minutes ago. He's got a shot to be the Day 2 leader.

He is playing fantastic right now. That last shot $$$$$$

i am glad that liv had thier people wear dumb stuff because it makes it easier to figure out who to root against take that to the bank brohans
yeah cause the pga guys are so much class playing for love and not money…. take that to the venmo borachos

Bryson DeChambeau - Salary: $9,000
Sepp Straka - Salary: $7,400
Maverick McNealy - Salary: $6,900
Kevin Yu - Salary: $6,400

Entry #2 - Currently 236th out of 242 Entries - On life support, but at least 4 made it through.
Scottie Scheffler - Salary: $11,900
Joaquin Niemann - Salary: $8,200
Patrick Cantlay - Salary: $8,000
Robert MacIntyre - Salary: $7,600
Russell Henley - Salary: $7,600
- Bhatia
Nick Taylor - Salary: $6,600 - Scott

Rose was only picked 9 times, but most of those entries are in the top 20. Nothing against Rose and I wouldn't mind seeing him win it, but for the pool I would like to see him slide back a little.

Koepka has to be the biggest disappointment, game seems to be starting to fall off
DJ is a complete afterthought at this point and Rahm who was on top of the world at one point, is heading in that direction

For guys that should love to compete, it seems like defecting to LIV isn't great for their game in the big tourneys

Dechambeau is still competitive but overall is not good for these guys

Bryson wins this one. I'm about 5 beers away from putting $200 on him.

Absent some of the worst short shots I've ever seen, he's leading this at 10 under.

I took the opposite side of every H2H my book offered against Rahm and DJ.

They are both straight trash now but they still get overrated odds because of their name.

By this measure Speith should be leading by 4.

Forgot this guy even exists.

How competitive would you be with a few hundred million in the bank and Wayne's daughter on your arm? He has won at life.
Oh, I understand. I don’t even know why he’s there.

Because he can?

If he cared again, he'd dominate. He just doesn't care and loves the lifestyle he's got. Saw him and his wife up close and personal at the LIV Portland and they were the nicest, kindest, happiest famous couple I've ever seen. Not that I've stumbled upon too many, but they were pretty nice to all the dorks like me in the audience. Didn't have to be, but they were.

You can say the same about Scheffler, he has looked pretty bad at times but is very firmly in the mix.

I suppose there is no value in betting Scottie but he's still the favorite IMO

Would like to see someone else prevail overall though, Corey Connors or even Lowry would be cool

Crystal clear that there is a Big 3 these days…a healthy Xander probably the Big 4. But man some combo of these 3 dueling again…or all 3…at this course would be amazing.

This is about as good a top of the leaderboard as can realistically be expected these days.

I was hoping Langer & Couples would make the cut. Both may be better shot-makers now than when they were in their primes. Langer's not that much older than I am but, Good Lord, it's like we're from two different species

still think scheffler wins this. no way rose can complete this. dechambeau has a good enough game to win, but he always has one of those rounds that kills him every tourney, think it comes this weekend in the spotlight. everyone always on rory, but his last major win was 10-11 years ago? rory gonna rory. lowry could be sneaky. not worried about connors nor mccarty.
scottie birdied 6 yesterday with an uncharacteristic 5 bogies. i think he cleans up the bogies and gets to -12.

Would absolutely love to see Corey Conners win this but he has a tendency to fold under pressure and at some point I feel it will get to him. Maybe already started with all the putts he left short on the back 9 yesterday. Still rooting for him, as will be the entire country if he is in the hunt tomorrow. He's had a great season so far, so maybe this is his time to shine.

:lmao: Rahm sure looks like trash this morning
That's ok, he got his bag of money.
jesus give it a rest already, the pga loyalty from fans is mind boggling
I'm giving my opinion and I stand by it. It's also a Rahm thing more than a PGA thing. Sorry if you don't agree.
