It's somewhat okay, but it will start to get weird. In spite of my efforts, my 3 year old daughter has seen me naked, but that's a rare occurrence, fortunately. It's mostly a matter of modesty anyway, since being naked isn't necessarily a bad thing. Now if she were to walk in on the Mrs and I having relations, or if a similar situation were to happen to your son, that is another can of worms entirely.

I was a little concerned about that, but It's surprisingly easy NOT to actually. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, not like a bunch of sex fiends running around.

And it depends on the people, and what you do with it. Some people shrug it off as no big deal and something natural, other people think it has no place even on a naked beach. I've been told if it happens that it's not really a big deal if you just wait for it to subside or go cover it up, but if you're walking around showing it off that's usually considered a no-no.

This is exactly correct. It's only a big deal if you turn it into one. We don't go out of our way to have him see us naked but if it happens it's not going to scar him for life. That being said, I feel like people are jumping on or judging EOM because he believes differently. I'm sure he was raised in an environment where it would be weird and so that is normal to him. No reason for people to pile on.

Heck, you've been raised in a society that for the most part doesn't allow women to bare their breasts on a beach or nurse their children. The basis for these "norms" is shame and over-sexualization of the human body. There are societies where families go together to nude beaches and people of all ages see other people of all ages nude and no one bats an eyelid. Let's say you have a daughter, you probably don't want her doing that.
