ALL the bubbles? Now? Why? (1 Viewer)

Anyone else have issues with tonic water spewing like a geyser when opened?  Not every bottle, but it seems like every 3rd or 4th bottle just erupts with all the bubbles. Violently. And no matter how slowly and carefully opened. Brand doesn't matter and these bottles have not been recently shaken (unless the answer turns out to be this is a long con from my wife).
