Antonio Gates, TE SDNews: San Diego TE Antonio Gates is active for Week 7 against the Jets after dealing with a foot injury that has forced him to miss three games this season. Gates, who was considered questionable on the injury report, has not played since Week 2 when he was held without a catch against New England. He was a full participant in practice last Friday after missing the previous two session as planned by coach Norv Turner.Analysis: Gates could be a little rusty as he plays in a game for the first time in more than a month. Turner said earlier this week he does not intend to utilize Gates for the entire game, but he will still see the majority of snaps. Gates, who scored 10 touchdowns last season, has tallied eight receptions for 74 yards this year. Consider him a low-end No. 1 Fantasy TE against a Jets defense which is permitting an average of just five Fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.
