Details aren't out yet, because this is one of the few things that can only be legally negotiated under an ACTIVE CBA. This is one of the things that "would remain the same as in the last CBA" if changes are not agreed to within a week or so after the union recertifies.
That said, I'm sure it's been at least discussed, and there may even be an agreement on it already with the NFLPA executive commitee...just not a public one (since said agreement would carry no force of law behind it)

You would think, with the time crunch, they would have most everything put together, or copy/paste the past CBA's policies on different things (drug testing, suspensions, etc.). But yeah, that makes sense that it has to be negotiated under an active CBA.
