I do think that being Pathfinder made me engage in fights a little more instead of dropping smoke or gas canisters and running - which in the end is probably a good thing.   I do also like knowing where the next rings are supposed to be.  

Definitely need to work on how to use the grapple better though.  

 
Kept forgetting,  but remembered tonight- I was going to most my stats for a laugh from Season 3:

339 games, only 133 kills and 14 wins.  104 top 5s.  :lol: .  Sad fact is, I have gotten better in the last 100 or so games.

We're pretty much the same then. Between me and my son in season 3:  416 games played. 15 wins. 151 kills.  Far cry better than the first 2 seasons. 

 
They are apparently not counting these special events into any of the Season 3 wins. I've got a few in this current event and doesn't register. 

 
Played a couple hours today and got 3 wins on the ring shrinking game. Won't be able to play much during the week. 

I actually really like this mode. Forces the action more and games go faster.

Nice! 

I switched back to regular after not having much luck in new mode and didn't have much luck there either.  To be fair, bit could be due to the gin.  Might try again today on the day off.  

 
Also, I looked at my sons stats, and he's not too much better than I am,  so that makes me feel a tad better for some reason.  

 
Got another win with Bangalore in the ring game tonight.  Soooo lucky. My best teammate got shot down immediately. Waited around behind something to grab his banner and got it without being seen. Then my other teammate went down. Couldn't get him without being killed so had to ditch him.  Made it to the final ring and outlasted the other team.  My teammate was a bad ###, but I ended up with 5 kills and 167 damage. Lol

4 wins.  Ended on a high note of winning the game because I was Bloodhound and was able to use his alt to sprint to the final ring faster.  Last player for other team was solo and couldn't quite make it through the ring fast enough.  :lol:

Hell yeah! Only got one win tonight. 

 
Played for a few this morning and got another win. Getting a few more kills. I think I've settled into the EV-8 and Flatline being my main 2 guns. The dark mode helps the players to stand out more to me so I can actually see them early. 

 
I'm kinda trash at this game (or any game really now that I'm old) but love playing it.  Combat in this game is so much fun.  Anyways, always looking for peeps to play with.  On Xbox - GT Ryodan5.

Most of us is in here are pretty bad compared to most of these kids. Still fun. I think Karma and I have about 5 wins a piece over past day.  I can come out of a game from anywhere from 0 to 5 kills depending on the situation. I can go multiple games without a single kill sometimes. Never know 

 
I get some teammates that are just killers. I can't even keep up with them. Then I get some who run out alone and screw us and die. 

 
Getting multiple kills more consistently but can still go multiple games without one. If my teammates are good, I can usually play a good support role and get kills. If my teammates are bad, we're screwed.

Yeah, it's nice to see them, but the kills are pretty inconsistent so I don't worry too much about them anymore.  I've had games where I've done only 160 or so damage but get 3-4 kills, and games were I get 700-800 damage and no kills.  Still not 100% sure where the kill comes from - just who knocks the player down?      I am fine knowing I am not 100% worthless in a fight, and can provide so use by reviving better teammates and pinging better loot for them.

Exactly! I never rush into a fight first, at least not yet. 

 
They better bring back King's Landing or night mode.  I was loving it.  Played one game on regular mode last night on accident and was pissed. 

 
Only got to play one game today but was really on a tear in Kings Landing the past couple days. Hate that it's gone already.

Just curious - what is different about the new map that you don't like/don't think you get as many kills?

Despite cringing every time we head to train yard, I kinda like this map.  

 
Had a very early game squad wipe last night.  Another squad landed, I chased around one of them with a shotgun and killed him, then got the other two by surprise as they went for his banner.  

No wins, but OK night - 2-3 kills most of the games.  Didn't bother with the Dummy game besides a quick one to show the son what it was.
