Are you dropping projections for NO players? (1 Viewer)

Three years ago when Hurricane Katrina hit, I made it a point to stay away from NO players like Joe Horn and Deuce McCallister. It was a wise move because of the devestation that Katrina caused and the season lost from a football standpoint.

Now with Hurricane Gustov approaching, should I consider dropping NO players expectations? I was very high on Bush and Bress, now I am not so sure.

Any thoughts?

Oddly enough for a Bucs homer my team is stacked with NO players (didn't try to, it's just how things shook out). I certainly hope they'll be ok. It goes without saying as well that NO the city has been through too much already, so hopefully there is not another disaster.

If anything, I think it would be more on the mind of those players who are from New Orleans as they will worry about the community they grew up in. Reggie Wayne springs to mind.

I think that this is so unpredictable and outside the realm of what we can predict that you just have to go ahead and draft like you would if it was sunny and beautiful in the big easy... and best of luck to all that are down there.
