i wouldn't say apples and oranges. they all play the 3-4 defense. i would say that its comparing rotten apples to fresh applesHave you seen the Steelers DB's?Do the Steelers have Ray Lewis, Boulware, McAlister, Hartwell, and Reed?Apples and oranges.pittsburgh plays the 3-4 and the rams did alright against them.Nobody has said this, but this is so obvious.....Rams don't know how the beat the 3-4.They have no freaking clue. And that is why the offense can;t get anything going. The Rams have no idea how to beat the 3-4.
But you were arguing that the Rams can't beat the 3-4. Maybe they can't beat the 3-4 w/Pro Bowlers. The "laws that govern the system" are flawed, so why is there a system in place at all? IMOHere's the thing, there is definitely a problem with instant replay. But there are SEVERAL calls that get reversed correctly. The thing that's being argued here is whether they should be allowed to reverse PI calls or non calls. That is something that could be remedied not by getting rid of it, but by rewriting the laws that govern the system. IMO.Fortunately, there's an instant replay system in place to get these calls right.![]()

I think some of those laws were placed there so the officials would accept it easier. Those laws can be changed however and that'd be a better fix than getting rid of it entirely because there are positives to the system. There have been many calls changed correctly. The "laws that govern the system" are flawed, so why is there a system in place at all? AmenRedman is horrible.
didnt work the second time.... BB needs to realize its one of those plays that only works once in a game.I figured that was the play they would call.WTF!!!!!!!!!!!THE RAMS GOT ROBBED!!!!!!Saw the instant replay.
GIVE LEWIS THE FREAKING BALL!!!
I agree some calls have been corrected, but ask the Ravens which one matters tonight. I almost hope they lose by 1-4 points just to show there are game-deciding calls not being corrected. That was a horrible no-call. Oh....wait....they did call it and then picked up the flag! I guess they had their own version of instant replay in their huddle.I think some of those laws were placed there so the officials would accept it easier. That was definitely a horrible no-call. The announcers called it correctly. If an official sees something, as the one that threw the flag did, how could a huddle change what he saw??? We definitely agree on that one.I agree some calls have been corrected, but ask the Ravens which one matters tonight. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Bad news for Warner cause he may go in!RAMS INT!!!!!!!!! :wacko:I bet Warner's glad he's not playing tonight. He would have been taken off in a stretcher by now.
Just curious, but I thought an illegal forward pass was reviewable. In the case of Moss to Williams, that couldn't be challenged?Penalty calls aren't reviewable. Probably an addendum to save the officials' dignity.
Point taken. I haven't read the rules of instant replay. I really don't know why that'd be reviewable but not other "judgement" calls. :wacko:Just curious, but I thought an illegal forward pass was reviewable. In the case of Moss to Williams, that couldn't be challenged?
THATS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT... LEWIS, LEWIS, LEWIS!!!GIVE JAMAL THE DAMN BALL!!!!!!!
Don't forget the officials.....I'm pretty sure they're split too!I think the Ravens have put money on the Rams winning this game and vice versa.
I'm feeling ya!and uhh...that was a figure of speech.... I promiseOkHe has 100Now lets get another 100!

Redman can not throw the ball.Redman can not throw the out.
I liked that too. Ravens need to eliminate the forward passs as an option the rest of the game.McGuire: "Lewis is at 240 with 7% body fat."Patrick: "You're sitting on that." :rotflmao:
Just because he has more completions to the opposing team than his own?Redman can not throw the ball.
Yeah, that'd be one reason.Just because he has more completions to the opposing team than his own?

To mess with the Rams defense they could throw in thereRavens offensive coordinator's page needs to read:Jamal LeftJamal RightJamal Up the middle
 :wacko:To mess with the Rams defense they could throw in thereRavens offensive coordinator's page needs to read:Jamal LeftJamal RightJamal Up the middlelay action to Jamal Lewis, Redman takes a knee.
Never mind, just a fake.Whether they make this 4th down or not, this is a horrible call!!
