Not sure but I know after that trade the NFL stepped in and you can no longer trade coaches.

Always play to the whistle**unless the player is 'defenseless', 'giving himself up', 'a quarterback', 'might be lying partially out of bounds', 'might not see you coming'.PS- if you dont play to the whistle there is a chance the continuation of the play will result in a touchdown.
