Benching Steve Smith? (1 Viewer)

My team or should say team(s) (but only one is left playing) were hit bad by injuries all season. Now I have a team which is sort of a shell of it self in the championship game. I have other options at WR Colston and Driver... yet, It's going to be very hard to sit #89 in the championship game.... I would almost rather have him hurt all together and take the choice out of my hand.

Just wondering if anyone else is considering it, or going to roll the dice if Wienke is throwing the rock?

Under normal, Delhomme as the QB circumstances, I would agree with you. But Weinke hasn't shown the ability/desire to lock onto Smith and force feed him the ball like JD does. I'm certainly not going to bench Smith for my other options (Cotchery, Evans), but I'm tempering expectations going up against LTeam in the championship.
