Best folding camp/travel chair? (1 Viewer)

I always thought that those Air Chairs REI sells look luxurious... not sure how practical they are though.

Using this chair now for camping and it is way better for my back. The table is surprisingly useful as well. It doesn't pack up quite as small as a typical camp chair but it's not like i'm backpacking with it anyways.

How the hell are you guys' backs acting up after sitting in a sling camp chair for a couple nights?!

Old? Lazy? Out of shape? My daughter has softball from 12-5 every Sunday. After slouching in those chairs for 5 hours while staring at my phone for football updates, my back hurts. Just seems like there should be something better out there.

Looks comfy, but need something up off the ground. REI has a nice selection though. This might do the trick?
I've seen a couple models of chairs like that, they all look like what you are after, none of which really fold up well - shouldn't be a big deal if they have a strap or a handle though.

here are some things that i use a stump a rock a tree that fell over a pile of bricks the ground they all work and are normally free bam another riddle solved by the old swcer take that to the bank brohans

I tried many over the years. I have a very bad back and could find nothing suitable until i broke down and got this one for $80 at cabelas.

Is more comfortable than most of the chairs in my house. I can sit in it all weekend with no back pain.

The downside is its heavy and cumbersome. Even folded up its big and a pita to transport and carry. But it's by far the most comfy and least pain provoking I've ever used. It's also on sale now for $50. I'm tempted to get a couple more at that price. I've had it a couple years now and its still like new. Very well made.
