- Photo Contest Results will debut on Monday, August 27th (taking a long time to scale down the number of quality entries we received). We will likely release different sections over a few days. Instead of rushing these up to meet a self-imposed deadline, I want to make this feature super cool because people went to great lengths to get some great pictures. Judging is going to be almost impossible as there are likely 50+ that deserve to win.....

This time of year is nuts, but we will keep trying to get everything done by Thursday/early Friday because we know a ton of drafts happen from Friday-Sunday. The last articles for the preseason will likely be released on Monday/Tuesday of next week so we can go into MAINTENANCE MODE where we change projections, ADP, Top 200, etc every few days. We also will post our projected weekly content schedule in about a week (and will start working towards week 1 content).

Is there any straightforward way to get Dodds updated projections into the previous version of the VBD app? I've played with the PD tool and looked at the CSV files from it, but there is not a straightforward mapping to the VBD spreadsheet. THANKS!!

How bout a tiered ranking system?

RBs:

Tier 1

LT

Tier 2

SJax, Gore, LJ

Tier 3

Addai, Alexander, Westbrook, Rudi, Parker, Henry

Tier 4

Bush, Benson, MJD, etc, etc.

WRs:

Tier 1

Smith, Harrison, Owens, Chad J

Tier 2

Wayne, Holt, Houshmanzedah

Tier 3

RW, Walker, Fitz, Colston, Driver etc, etc.

I know lots of people do their personal rankings like this and it would be VERY HELPFUL.

I just want to add my thanks to all the FBG staff! I know this time of year is crazy, but I appreciate all of your efforts!

I too am a huge fan of the Perfect Auction! I can't wait for that article!

Also, I have passed on the Perfect draft to a neighbor who is entering his second year of drafting. I told him that article and a FBG cheetsheet is the only thing he will need to dominate! (We are not in the same leagues. He asked me because he said I always talk about how I win my league.)

Sucks that the thing I was looking forward to the most (perfect auction) ends up being so late that it's not useful to me anymore....I get that this is a busy time of year, but this has happened the last two years now... Not sure why I'd come back here next year...oh well I guess.

Seems like the Perfect Auction was due out two weeks ago. Having it so late in the season misses a good number of the actual auctions that people have. I don't see where putting it out with only 1 week before the actual season starts (and probably only 3 days before the last of most drafts) really helps very many people.I love you site, but never really understood why so much comes out this late. At least you qualified it this year with the non-guarantee. Wish my job was that way.
