And the creator loves that one song that's in multiple..the one that goes "you can't blame me, try to shame me).

 
Felt like both the second and third episodes of season 4 have elements of a prior episode (staying unspecific here) - different contexts to be sure, but treading over some of the same ground. Still liked them though.

They were meeting for the first time in real life. They had an app on their phones that instantly ran 1000 simulations to see if they were compatible. What we watched earlier was one of those 1000 simulations.

I noticed something they messed up in Arkangel (directed by Jodie Foster):

When the girl is young, she is left handed when drawing/writing. When she is in high school and played by a different actress, she's right handed.

Up to Hang the DJ. Very good episode. Enjoying the season so far. Been bouncing back and forth between this and Mr Robot. I'm in Anti-futurist hell :lol:  

 
Black Museum was very good (and certainly not the worst of season 4 as the AV Club grades would lead you to believe).  Did you catch the references to previous episodes as they walked through the museum?  

the hat from White Bear, graphic novel of "15 Million Merits", bloody bathtub where the man got bludgeoned in Crocodile ... I think I even saw one of the robotic bees from last season.

Watched the first episode of S4 last night. Good stuff. This show continues to impress me, and the more I reflect on episodes the more I enjoy them.

If the rest of the episodes are as good or better than USS Mccalister, then this is gonna be a heck of a season.  Just finished that one, and thought it was pretty good.

I just watched it. Wasn't crazy about it but was an interesting concept. 

 
Really liked the first two.  Crocodile was just ok for me, but did love the twist at the end.

Ep 4 tomorrow....

 
Not sure why I stopped watching season two but I am back in. Just watched episode 1 of season 3. This show is really good.

 
Episode 2 Arkangel

Watched last night. I enjoyed the episode as I watched it. However, the more I think about it the more I think it was pretty weak. I think I'm supposed to feel sorry for the daughter because her mom lied to her then brought the arkangel back from the dead and spied on her. But really I just want to beat the #### out of the guy in the episode. She was 15, and he's having sex with her and giving her coke? FIFTEEN! #### that kid, I'd beat the #### out of him if he did that with my 15 year old daughter.

Mom was worried about her kid. Yes, she shouldn't have brought arkangel out. But what she did is not much more than tracking your kid's iphone. Yet the daughter beats the #### out of her mom? Meh. The whole thing doesn't really work for me after thinking about it.

i'd cut her a little slack...part of why she did those things so early could be attributed to what was cut out of her life at an early age. at least that's what I took from it.

Regarding the beating part, it was blocked out............

 
Arkangel was a good watch, but it certainly had many other paths it could have taken and been rather dark, which woulda probably been better.

Eh. She had 5-7 (?) normal years. If anything the dog illustrated she'd overcome it (to me).

 
San Junipero was pretty good. I kept thinking the guy at the arcade was going to be someone from the future/past/real life.

Wasn't the boy the same age as the girl?  Also she was begging him to try the drugs, he tried to say no and wasn't pushing it on her.

Also the mom hit by the car was in St Juniper (San junipero) and I believe the gas station where the girl was charging her car was at least the same chain as the one in Nosedive 
 
Only watched the very first and final episodes of this season so far.  Both had to do with digitizing consciousness.  I know some people believe in that, but, anything remotely like that is so far off it comes across as corny.  The finale was a much better story than the premier though.  That's why I only catch a few episodes when there is nothing else to watch because this show is so hit and miss.

Is the reveal at the end that it was a child who was dying and they were trying to find him a replacement teddy bear?
