Blueprint Juice Diet (1 Viewer)

You're misrepresenting Sisson's diet IMO. No, he doesn't say you need to abstain from alcohol, but I've never seen anywhere that he endorsed severe caloric restriction so you could drink it all up in alcohol. :lmao: Like your point about fruit, just because a little of something is good for you doesn't mean a lot is.

He doesn't condone more than a cup of coffee a day, either. 1 is good, but he doesn't believe large amounts of a beverage that get you wired is healthy. It's all about moderation. The key to any diet, including mine.

IMO, the advice you guys are giving Otis is kind of irresponsible. I think you're delusional if you believe what he's doing right now is healthy.
Shockingly you missed the point on that post too. If you choose to read it as an endorsement of drinking all your calories as red wine then that's on you. (Should I bother telling you that a response based upon semantics will be a waste of time). And you continue to miss the point of intermittent fasting which has zero to do with weight loss and as you should be able to tell by the name is not supposed to be done for long continuous periods.

You are either mixing me up with another poster, not reading what I am writing or intentionally misrepresenting what I am saying.

You also don't appear to have a good grasp on the lifestyle I am talking about.
Responding to any of this stuff has pretty much been a waste of time. You're a know-it-all cult diet nerd, and seem pretty full of yourself. I look forward to reading your books on the subject though.
I am sorry you feel that way. Would you please stop attributing things to me that I never said?

Will do, I'll stop calling my 3 day flu induced fast (I did get lots of fluids) the Chaka diet if it bothers you so much. I don't really get why you're taking it so seriously.

why are you not taking this so seriously?look man...what people eat can be a big thing for lots of people. Dieting and/or making long term lifestyle changes can literally save someone's life. My mom is diabetic - what and how she eats can literally be life and death.

Our Standard American Diet is the primary cause for all of the fat people you see walking around. It's why health care costs have exploded. Getting our diet fixed is probably one of the biggest challenges this country faces, and it's not something that can be addressed at the highest levels. Everyone should be taking their diet seriously.

That's not why we are here. This is a about Oats.

No posts from Bloatis over the weekend yet he's had time to troll Bizzaro FFA.I'm guessing he got drunk and fell off the wagon (again). It was a run.

This cobb salad I had for lunch made me want to punch someone. The greek yogurt I'm eating right now makes me want to stick my fingers into a live socket. This delicious flavored seltzer? #### that too.

This is just a minor setback. You have a lot of people here that believe in you.

No worries, work ordered Bill's Pub yesterday so you have some breathing room. I'm back to 169.2.

Hope you're still on track Otis. I won't bet money on you but I am still hoping for you to succeed this time.

At an airport bar having a cheeseburger and beer before getting on the red eye. On the bright side, all I ate today was a small bag of pretzels and a small bag of sun chips.

There is a reason I won't bet money on you Otis but I still think you can do what you keep saying you want to accomplish.

Wife's birthday celebration. Had to bring home cupcakes from her favorite bakery. I had a big salad and then went home and destroyed cupcakes and wine.

This feels like a step backwards.

Had another idea for a fad diet: children food packets. My daughter eats these packets of puréed fruits and vegetables. They're all organic and made to taste good, and they're like 60 calories each. You have 2 for each meal, as well as four others to be consumed any time during the day as snacks. Factoring in coffee and the like, you'd be clocking somewhere around 700 calories on the day, your meals would end up costing like 15 bucks a day. Oh and you'd get skinny fast. This can't miss. Anyone wanna bother trying poking holes here?

Kids are usually pretty light and agile. Should work.

The hole may - just may - be that you're eating baby food  Enjoy your life. Maybe DIG DEEPER every now and again.

Don't feel too bad, I'm fat again too. 172.4 this morning.

No holes to poke, I'm pretty sure this is the one!

I asked Otis if he wanted to grab a coffee on Saturday and he said he would have loved to, but he needs to eat three packets of baby food, five pancakes, and 39 slabs of bacon so no can do on Saturday but rain check real soon.
