Bragging, venting, crowing, grieving... (1 Viewer)

UGH!

Started Justin Hunter after Peterson went down only to realize that Hunter was going to be a Healthy Scratch. Benched Doug Baldwin who scored 16 points in my league. Currently up by 1 point against a guy who has Calvin Johnson going.

Should be a 17 point lead going against Calvin Johnson.

Instead it's a 1 point lead.

My opponent sure picked a good time to rack up his highest points total of the season by a country mile with 147 pts non ppr whilst I put up 138 pts which is about my 7th highest score of the season.

I'd outscored him every one of the last six weeks.

Urgh.

 
Yes!!! The guys I worried about the most--Dez/Garcon/Lacy--came up big this week. Next week I have to play the #1 seed & the owner who ran away w/ the pts title, but that was me last year...losing in the championship game. Anything is possible.

 
Had ##### bag Graham, F#ck Face Vereen, and scum sucking Moreno this week.

Still have a chance if AJ Green can come through for me in a big way...I will likely need 2 tds from him

 
In one league I beat the regular season points leader - Graham and Peyton owner.

In my 18 year redraft, I'm down 12 to the Peyton owner. He's done, I have A.J. and Gio.

 
Probably going to lose as a #1 seed in my dynasty this week. The only thing that makes me smile is my buddy went 13-0 in our redraft this season, talked a lot of trash and now is going to lose.

His AP, Graham, Andre, Moreno, and Alshon lineup finally let him down.

Wow! That is really incredible!

I just calculated the all play record in the league where I am dominating the most (12 teams) and it is 127-26-1 (83%). What is odd that I was the lowest scoring team in Week 6 where I got 11 of my 26 all play losses. :lol:

 
Down 2, I have Stafford, Calvin, and Torrey Smith

Up 3, I have Calvin, Tucker, AJ Green (need points for points title as well)

Down 22 and Bell vs. Stafford, AJ Green, Torrey Smith, Lions DST

Hoping for the last one but it will be close

Lost in one of my league playoff games by two points... played Moreno, Vereen, and Cameron (lost Gronk).

I should also add that my opponents defense (Seahawks) outscored my opponents defense (Eagles) by 36 points (32 to -4)! Damn ESPN default defensive scoring!! I am drafting a D in the first round next year!!! :censored:

#1 Seed, tied for best record, won the points title. Scored 150 when on bye last week.

This week, I lost AP and Gerhart, forced to start Donald Brown and he leaves early. Matt Ryan can't take advantage of a great matchup. My other QB, Russell Wilson was just average. My WRs and TE were money all year.......but DT, AJ, Cooper and JT combined for 20 TOTAL points in a 1/2 PPR.

I scored only 97 this week, and that's with the KC D scoring 20.

Oh, and to add salt to the wound, my opponent had Charles AND Foles. 88 points between them alone.

FF can be very cruel.

 
I've got the highest scoring team in the league, best record HTH too.

Playing the #2 scoring team in the league, who's won with giant blowouts in 3 of the last 4.

I started Peyton, Vereen, and the Eagles D.

At the moment, I'm ahead by one with players still left. He only has the Cincy D still going. :oldunsure:

 
Had my opponent started RGIII this week, he may have won. I'm up 0.15 points with AJ playing and Akers tomorrow night. He got (7.20) from Eli.

And I had JC and his 5TDs. I feel a bit guilty.

 
my opponent is just a couple FG's from Akers and a AJ Green touchdown from breaking the LEAGUE RECORD for Points In A Game.

Thanks to Alex Smith , Jamal Charles, and Seattle Defense.

The real PIA is the guy would have started RG3 if Skeletor did not bench him....and I would have a shot to win.

Yup! I told my coworker that he was screwed after scoring a staggering 224 points on his bye week in a PPR league!! :eek:

He is currently down 40 points this week and will be knocked out of the playoffs! A bit of a different performance from Vereen, Gordon, Clay, Wilson, and Forte this week! :devil:

 
Chose Dawson(k) got me 17 points. :cool:

He played Bailey got himself 24 points :shrug:

I thought it was going to be one of those weeks with Lacy and Brees each having a terrible first half

Beating the #1 seed right now by 61 :moneybag:

Finally back in the Superbowl next week. :drive:

 
This would be a grieving post. Best team in the league. Probably best team I have ever had. Average 17.5 points per week more than the next highest scoring team. Not counting week two (before Gordon came on board), this was my lowest scoring week of the season. Had what I thought was a sure-fire winner:

Alex Smith + Jamaal Charles + Le'Veon Bell + Marques Colston + Sea D = shattered points in a singe game record in a 20 year old league (even with a Jimmy Graham dud).

3 leagues, 2 title games next week (the two I care about the most). Need a 20 point game from Pitta on MNF to make it all three.

 
If Antonio Brown gets 25 more yards and Heath Miller does nothing, I'm in the championship.

If I had started Alex Smith (as I've done the last 3 weeks) instead of Luck, I'd already be in.

In one of my leagues, I have Foles, K. Allen, P. Garcon, J. Charles, L. Bell, G. Olsen, C. Patterson, Novak, and Seattle D resulting in 220 points.

I wish I could save some of the TDs for next week. Made it to the finals in 2 out of the 3 money leagues. It was a good day.

One more week till I win it all!!!

 
I scored the 12th highest points for the entire year and I'm trailing by 27.6 points (he has scored the 4th highest but at least he is finished). I need C.Johnson to be Megatron tomorrow and I also have J.Tucker.

It's going to suck for either of us to lose this week with these high scores.

Need Megatron as well, at least some of him. No more stinkers like last week
 
I finished the regular season in 2nd place and locked up a first round bye. My opponent backed into the playoffs with a losing record. My weekly average is 155 pts/wk. His 146. Last week, if I played, I would have scored my highest all season. This week I scored my lowest all season. He also had one of his worst weeks all year. My score was worse. I had the luxury of not facing Foles, DeSean Jackson, or Charles but I also do not own them. Instead, bums like Andrew Luck, Corderrelle Patterson and Mendenhall were the ones who put the hurt on me. All I needed was my guys to score the points that they had been and they did not. Of the four leagues I play in, this one is my main one. My most expensive one with the highest payout, most bragging rights and we award a pretty sick engraved glass boot mug to the champ. I want an engraved glass boot mug so ####### bad.

I played Philly D, Decker (played him the week he got 1.5 as well. Pfft! ) and Shane Vereen for a total of 12.3 whopping points. But, all that didn't matter when JC showed up for the party! Playoffs, week 16, here I come, baby!

Up by 6. He's done. Looking for my first back-to-back championship. Gonna be a tough one next week. Hopefully Peyton and Vereen perform better next week.

 
Need 30 pts from Megatron and Tucker tomorrow night to determine if i'll be crowing or grieving. Charles was a freight train to go against.

 
One league, if I had just started asiata, or green had caught that last pass, I'd be in the finals.

Another, I need 50 from Stafford and Pitta tonight despite having Charles.

 
Somehow playin Gordon in all my leagues. Gonna be close in 2, so if I find Chris Conte im goin to shame him into finding a line of work hes competent at. Youre a safety, they have 1 guy to worry about and they are throwing for a td. Good lord you suck at football.

 
Started my season 0-4 than to 3-6, Currently riding a 6 game winning streak and made it to the championship game.

And wouldn't you know it, I have the 2nd highest score in the league, sitting at 150 pts plus Pitta thanks to Jamaal Charles, and I'm still going to lose. I'm down to the 4th seed team who just squeaked into the playoffs with a 7-7 record going against my 12-2 team.

Still going to win total points prize, but not being in the finals is a real stinger. Thanks for nothing Philly defense, or should I say negative 3 pts, I had the Pittsburgh defense on the bench and their positive 15 pts. Thanks for nothing Thursday Night football. I'll be very wary of drafting players with Thursday Night playoff schedules next year.

But damn, going against a guy who averaged like 110 all year long and he comes up with 180, that hurts.

Tnf and phili def screwed me too. Denver players mostly. I will also be looking for those thurs games during playoff time. ..

 
My team posted one of its best scores of the season at 130. Unfortunately it went up against the DeSean Jackson/Jamaal Charles owner with 153. Meanwhile the other playoff game ended 77-65.

Unless Pitta scores 24 points I'm toast.
